Ministry of External Affairs
OPEN PROCLAMATION

On behalf of the government and folk of Natal, it is hereby decreed:

Considering the recent developments taking place in south-eastern Gallo-Germania and the great crisis in Bajororszag/Pannonia, fully respecting the need for states to be governed under the rule of law and for the rights of the peoples to self-determinate, the Union of Natal hereby decided to follow up on the policy espoused by the Federation of Westernesse and the Collectivist Archipelago of St. Joseph, and thus it will formally recognise the right to sovereignty of the Republics of Eugenia and Bourdignie, as is their right as fully fledged governmental representatives of the Zaran and Pannonian Frank peoples.
We cannot but observe with due disgust, that the government of Kovacs Zoltan is waging a fully fledged war against its own citizens, fully tarnishing the reputation of Pannonia as a democratic republic built upon a civic, not ethnic identity, as it is clear that his policies aim to fully flatten and uniformise the ethnic mosaic of the nation, with the aim of transforming it into an overly centralised Bajoran supremacist state.
His statements, policies and actions, show no respect towards the history of the land and the constitutionalism that was born there, which was once a model representing the peak Gallo-Germanian evolution from medieval states into modern nation-states, which fully respect the authority of the nation while still admitting the necessity of the survival of local cultures. In our eyes, the recent statements of Prime Minister Kovacs, regarding the existence of Tarusan operatives in Pannonian soil, which represent either mercenaries or a fully fledged Tarusan intervention in Pannoniann affairs, shows the whole world, that in order to keep his power and even centralise it further, Prime Minister Kovacs Zoltan has sold away Pannonian sovereignty and supremacy over its own soil.
Until now, we believed that there might have still been a chance for dialogue to reign in the continuous escalation of this crisis, but the recent developments have shown us that everything has gone out of hand and a red line has been crossed. From now on, it is in our point of view, that there will be no future for Zarans and Bourdignie Franks within the borders of Pannonia, as violence is sure to errupt, if it hasn't already. Their future stands now in their own hands and the Union of Natal will welcome them with open arms in the international scene as fully fledged nation-states.

PUBLIC PROCLAMATION

On behalf of the government and folk of Natal, it is hereby decreed:

The events in the Pelasgian Union are of extreme importance in the Union of Natal, as the Pelasgian Union is an important actor both in the north and in Himyar too. Hence why, we have been extremely dismayed by the events in Propontis where the official government has been replaced by an authoritarian one through a coup and have chosen to leave our embassy there when Pelasgia was lapsing in civil strife with the recent armed resistance in the periphery provinces of the nation.
Even so, while we have called again and again for the rule of law to return to normal in the country, and we felt it fell on deaf ears, especially since the allegedly private security contractors from Pelasgia turned into official "peacekeepers", there can still be seen a light at the end of the tunnel. That light stands as a representation of the courage the members of the parliament have, which we fully congratulate, in calling for the impeachment of the President and the return of Pelasgian soldiers from foreign soil. It stands as a beacon of their courage to call an authoritarian president in answer for his abuses in front of the parliament, and if not be impeacher or held in contempt of the legislative. It stands as a beacon of remembrance to what was once the cradle of ancient Pelasgian democracy.
For this, the Union of Natal wishes to congratulate the members of the Pelasgian legislative which are still respecting the nation they live in and the people they represent and they fight through legal means to end the incipient dictatorship and return the Union back to its past glory. May they be successful! May the rule of law, democracy and respect for human rights return through their efforts to the Pelasgian Union!

Signed and Sealed,

Cyrus Black

Dear Minister Black,

As you know, Eiffelland wants to contribute to a solution to the Pannonian crisis that leads to a long-lasting peace. In order to support your endeavour in Southern Pannonia, we are willing to lend you ten planes for the duration of the crisis. They are not stealth, but despite that they are difficult to detect with radar. Furthermore, they are very agile and can carry a large payload.

Best regards,

Dr. Norbert Schmelzer, Minister of Foreign Affairs

Official Communiqué

To: The Hon. Cyrus Black, Minister of External Affairs
Subject:
Proposed Governmental Meeting
Nymphaion, 11 June 2021

Honourable Mr. Black,

Given the completion of the transition in Pelasgia, I am in the privileged position to thank you for your earlier support of Pelasgia's legislature and cabinet in struggle to safeguard the Constitution and Pelasgian democracy. Given this friendly gesture on Natal's part, and given the importance of our respective courties as Himyar's leading independent powers, it is my distinguished honour to invite His Excellency, President Bradley Ross, or the Prime Minister of Natal, to meet with their Pelasgian counterparts. Given that the Union Capital was recently moved to the Federal City of Nymphaion, we would propose that the meeting take place there, as it would send a strong message of Himyari unity if the first visitor to our new capital was the Head of State or Government of a fellow Himyari state.

The purpose of such a meeting would be to discuss the numerous issues of joint interests which my government believes our countries share. Namely, as Himyar's largest economies, it is incumbent upon us to reinforce the Ebony Continent's economic activity and interconnectedness, and to support the development of other regions of our common home. Moreover, I believe that cultural, scientific, law enforcement, and diplomatic cooperation between Camp Hill and Nymphaion would benefit our peoples greatly. However, the most important axis of our common policy would be the independence and self-reliance of Himyar itself. This is a noble goal whose foundations only we can lay, as the leading free nations of Himyar; I hope that, at this day and age, the time has finally come for us to take up the mantle of fulfilling this great task.
Please extend the most heartfelt wishes and salutations of His Excellency, President Akolouthos, to His Excellency, State President Ross, on behalf of the Pelasgian People and to the Natalian People.

Signed and sealed,

Subject: Proposed Governmental Meeting
To: Panagiotis Kassiopoulos

On behalf of the government and folk of Natal, we state the following:

The events in the Pelasgian Union are truly historical and can only be compared to the banishment of the tyrants of ancient Propontis, returning the Pelasgian politics to their natural state where democracy, individual freedoms and human rights prevail. We are happy to see the United Pelasgian Republics is becoming a partner of ours again and we can further the aspirations of a free and independent Himyar.

We will gladly participate at the summit in Nymphaion and will propose a series of cooperative policies that will bring the aid of Himyar's biggest economies to the rest of the continent, freeing it from subsistence and dependence.

Signed and Sealed,
Cyrus Black
