Headquartered in the Zich Palace, 421 Knez Pribina Boulevard, Vitebsk, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is the arm of the Polesian Government that represents the Kingdom in international politics. It drafts governmental policy, forwards and maintains the interests of the Polesians and the Kingdom worldwide. It is responsible of maintaining the economic, cultural and social partnerships between the Kingdom and the other nations of the world.

Esteemed representatives,

The government and people of the Kingdom of Nitra wishes to invite you to participate to an international Pan-Slavic Congress in Varna, which will take place early this summer, in an effort to further promote the Slavic culture and Slavic unity within our countries. We thus invite you to participate with your own delegations, to an international summit which is to promote Pan-Slavic unity, to an academic conference where socio-linguistic and history papers are to be presented in regards to the Slavic world and to an exposition open to the public, showcasing the diversity of the Slavic culture, from the southern Serboves to the northern Tarusans.

We believe that the best way for our nations and cultures to progress is through the recognition and celebration of the common heritage that we have and thus to work together in defending it. We hope that you will participate with us in this grand celebration of Slavic culture.

Subject: Coronation invitation

Esteemed representatives,

The Kingdom of Polesia wishes to convey its topmost wishes of peace and prosperity to all nations of the globe and wishes to thus invite delegations from all over Europe to the celebrations of the coronation of the new monarch of the Kingdom, as his former Majesty, King Alexandr III has abdicated, as his ill health and exhaustion has made it impossible for him to continue his duties as sovereign of the nation.

For this, the Rada has signed an agreement convening to break the Salic traditions of the White Eagle Throne, agreeing to invest his majesty's eldest daughter, Princess Yuliya Anastasiya as the new reigning monarch of Nitra.

Hence, the Kingdom of Polesia wishes to invite to Vitebsk delegates from all-over the world to the coronation ceremony and royal ball of the future monarch of Nitra, her Majesty Queen Yuliya II.

The coronation of a new monarch is something sacred to millions across Europe. Namely the subjects, but most of all, the royal families themselves. To send anyone below that station our Foreign Minister views as simply not appropriate. If Polesia agrees, our Soberana Annabella I is willing & excited to make the trip. Viva Justosia.
