The (TFCCD), also known as the Hertha Accord/Concord/Pact is the premier democratic alliance in Europe. Beginning as a two nation Treaty, between the Republic of Frescania and the Republic of Tyskreich, the Treaty may be expanded to our democratic nations via invitation and/or application. The application process possesses a unique 24 Chapter admission system that determines if said candidate is approved by the membership of the TFCCD.

Current Signatories:
  1. Republic of Tyskreich (Signed: June 25th, 2010; Ratified June 26th, 2010)
  2. Republic of Frescania (Signed: June 25th, 2010; Ratified June 27th, 2010)
Current Invitations:
N/A
Current Applications:
  1. Skånskige Statsunionen, applied June 28th, 2010 (Admissions Progress: 0 Chapters Made; 0 Chapters Approved)

OOC {
When applying you will need to create 24 Chapters that define the status of your nation in the specific subject. Chapters can be made via this thread or your National News reports, and should contain at least a paragraph about the status of the Chapter in your nation. Then a Chapter has been "created." We'll be keeping tabs on our applicants and their news stories and update your admissions status as this occurs. Therefore the Admissions process can take anywhere from one week to several months depending on how quickly you role-play the creation of all your chapters. A list of the required chapters can be found in the Charter Document.

Keep in mind, that if a chapter is deemed "un-satisfactory" you'll be expected to RP improvements, and as we all know countries do not change their societies and economies in a matter of days. Good luck! The obvious goal in this process is to make sure your nation matches up with the expectations of the alliance, while at the same time making sure that you, the player, have developed a solid national idea and are also sufficiently active enough for us to want you to join our alliance. Thanks!

Office of the Secretary General

We thank Skånskige Statsunionen for their application and we will make sure a decision is reached. However, to do this we must have the current status of the 24 chapters within Skånskige Statsunionen to see if the requirements have been meet or have to be worked on.

Sincerely;

Marco Santos

Secretary General of The Treaty of Friendship, Collaboration, and Common Defense
