Mijatovic Arms

Originally founded in 1934 by renowned Serbovian gunsmith Miroslav Mijatovic, Mijatovic Arms is Serbovia's oldest continuously operating small arms manufacturer. The company operated as Mijatovic Firearms Works up until 1949, when it was nationalized by the Social-Nationalist government and redesignated as the Mijatovic State Firearms Factory. During the subsequent decades, Mijatovic became the house supplier of the Serbovian military. Products such as the Avtomat Mijatovic line of assault rifles have gained international prominence through exports into various foreign countries. Today, Mijatovic Arms is owned by a consortium of private investors and continues to supply the Serbovian military and police forces with their firearms needs, as well as serving foreign export customers.

The Mijatovic AM-17 is entering service as the new standard issue assault rifle of the Serbovian Land Forces. A key feature of the weapon is its use of a new type of ammunition in the 6,5x39mm caliber, designed as an intermediate caliber between 5,56 and 7,62mm calibers widely in use by different European militaries. Export versions chambered in 5,56x45mm and 7,62x39mm are also available, and Mijatovic Arms is prepared to develop custom variants based on particular ammunition needs of prospective customers.

Carbine, marksman rifle and squad automatic weapon variants are also available.

A carbine variant of the AM-90 assault rifle, designed for special operations teams, communications operators, vehicle operators and other types of specialized troops as a compact self-defense weapon. It is also used by law enforcement tactical units.

Developed in the early 1990s to replace the AM-70, it is currently the most widely used assault rifle in the Serbovian military.

The classic AM-70 assault rifle has been one of the most profilic products of the Serbovian defense industries. The weapon has been modernized and upgraded during its service life. It remains in reserve use by the Serbovian military, even if the newer AM-90 has largely replaced it in regular military use. While AM-70 rifles are no longer produced by Mijatovic factories, used and refurbished weapons removed from Serbovian military service are available through Mijatovic Arms for export customers.

The Mijatovic UM-95 is the standard-issue light machine gun of the Serbovian Land Forces, and is suitable for use both as a fire support weapon of an infantry unit and also as a crew-served vehicle weapon.

The MS-90 is a semi-automatic marksman rifle system developed originally as a derivative of the AM-90 assault rifle. The MS-90 enhances the effective engagement range of an infantry unit by enabling a designated marksman in a platoon or a squad to engage key enemy targets with precision fire over extended distances.

The Mijatovic M-95 submachine gun has been widely adopted by Serbovian law enforcement users such as the famed Federal Police Strategic Response Unit. While tactical law enforcement units are increasingly relying on rifle-caliber weapons due to the proliferation of body armor, traditional submachine guns are still useful when operating in cramped spaces and in buildings with thin walls that might be needlessly penetrated by actual assault rifles.

The MP-14 was originally developed as a response to a joint tender by Serbovian agencies including the Federal Police, the Federal Border Guard, the Federal Directorate of Investigation and the Federal Directorate of Internal Security, and currently serves as the standard service weapon of these agencies and several other Serbovian law enforcement organizations. In addition, it is a popular self-defense and sports shooting pistol.

Single-use light-weight portable rocket system designed for use against enemy main battle tanks, armored vehicles and fortifications. Simple to operate and designed as an anti-armor weapon for the average combat infantryman.

The VPR-95 Dart ranks among the most modern anti-armor missile systems available internationally. Operated by specially trained missile operators embedded within combat infantry units, the VPR-95 increases an infantry unit's firepower against tanks, armored vehicles, fortifications and any forces concealed within buildings, and is especially useful in the urban battlespace.

The VPR-10 was designed to act as a heavier complement to the VPR-95 and to provide anti-armor units with engagement capability over extended distances. It can be mounted on a ground platform or integrated into a wide variety of armored and unarmored vehicles and even helicopters.
