1. The Southern European Economic Defence Treaty exists to unite all countries of Himyar under a common goal of peace, stability, and reliance.
2. The Southern European Economic Defence Treaty was formed from the ashes of the Himyari Freedom Alliance because the members became divided. SEEDT ensures all nations in Southern Europe will work out there differences without war.
Membership
1. SEEDT consists of the three founding members as well as Nations who apply and are accepted by the founding members.
2. Potential member states must be in the region of Himyar as outlined below, and applying members who do not reside there will be automatically disqualified from membership.
3. There are two membership levels in the alliance.
- Full members are permitted to take part in the affairs of the Armed Coalition Council as well as the Economic Branch of the alliance. They are also permitted to take part in votes to eject members from the Alliance.
- Alliance Partners are the non aligned members of the alliance. They are allowed to partake in the affairs of the Economic Trade Agreement, but they are not involved in the Armed Coalition Council nor can they eject members from the alliance. Alliance partners can also be nations outside Himyar.
Southern Europe Defence Network
1. The SEDN controls the affairs of the Southern Europe Defence Forces. They are responsible for deploying them on strategic missions as well as response to incidents in the member states.
2. Only Full members are allowed to take part in the SEDN, and Alliance Partners are not.
3. The SEDF are composed of volunteer forces from Full Member Nations. The SEDF will take place in military exercises as well as defending member states from outside threats. They will also use strategic talks to negotiate solutions.
Economic Branch
1. The Economic Branch is the level of entry for Alliance Members. All members must participate in the Economic affairs to be a part of the Alliance.
2. All members must allow Free Trade between the member states. This provides for a open marketplace within the alliance to promote growth in Himyar.
3. 3. All members are encouraged to permit the free movement of workers among the member states. This allows companies to have a broader range of employment and influences growth in Himyar.
4. All members must ease travel restrictions among the member states. This promotes freedom of movement and further integrates the member countries of Himyar.
