Windhoek, Goudkust - At least three civilians have been shot dead outside a supermarket in Windhoek by Himyari Liberation Front terrorists. Security guards opened fire on the terrorists and killed two with police giving chase, causing a partial lockdown in the area. The HLF bakkie (pickup) was confronted by a KSBE armoured vehicle that opened fire with heavy machine guns, destroying the bakkie and killing the remaining three terrorists. Shortly after the shootout, the HLF posted a video on social media of their leader, Uekwo Zambiizi, claiming that this 'marks the beginning of the end' for Swart Baai. He also claimed responsibility for the Plekboerg Bay oil refinery attack last week in SB. The video was removed from the internet in SB and the Goudkust within minutes by the Swart Baai Signalen Direktoraat (Signals Directorate). The Senior Minister's Office released a statement that 'Zambiizi remains enemy number one of the people of the Realm and he will find no refuge, no place on this planet where we won't be able to reach him, his supporters, his family. He is a marked man and will be eliminated in due course'. Denizens of Windhoek and the entire Goudkust have been urged to remain vigilant, keep their weapons handy and report any suspicious activity or objects to the police or Southern Command.

(Dun Eidynn, Caledonia) The Secretaría del Ejército issued a press release to announce that major combat operations in the Justosian Kingdom's capital of Avalon have officially ceased, as the vast majority of militias declaring allegiance to the self-declared 'People's Liberation Army' have been neutralized. Fighting was especially fierce around the Palace District, where a majority of militia forces following the initial strike rallied for a last stand, however Josepaño Lieutenant General Antonio Villegas, head of the Supreme High Command of the Coalition, stated that 'while the fanaticism and fighting spirit of the Justosian Communists was notable and even admirable, their tactical organization and equipment proved to be no match for Coalition forces." Along with other militias that have declared themselves to be nationalists being pacified, although anti-guerrilla operations remain ongoing in isolated pockets of the city, the bulk of the Coalition Army moves north to pacify and occupy the remaining Justosian territory surrounding the major city of Cadiz, including the smaller towns of Seledo, Barcelita, and Navalle, as well as the Annabella I Wildlife Preserve.​

(Ciudad de San José) As the polls close across Josepania, the Partido del Trabajo is projected to secure a relative majority in the Chamber of Deputies, winning a total of 232 seats, and increasing their presence in the Senate with a total of 30 seats. The Partido Conservador also did well in both chambers, with projections to win a total of 121 seats for their Deputies and 20 seats in the Senate, cementing their role as the officially Most Loyal Opposition party. The Partido Liberal encountered the most disappointing results, maintaining their number of seats in the Chamber of Deputies to retain 147 total, and losing 11 seats in the Senate to retain a relative majority of 50 seats. The President of the Apostolic Imperial Congress, Gustavo Castillo, officially congratulated Deputy Francisco Javier Castro for his victory and expected appointment to become the new President, and confirmed he shall become a Senator for the liberals, and likely the President of the Senate. It is expected that Deputy Castro will meet with El Emperador to form a new government soon.​

(Propontis, Pelasgia) The Imperial Pelasgian Gendarmerie have announced that they have arrested a suspect in connection with the Local Train 882 Bombing. The man reportedly assisted the attackers with smuggling the explosive device aboard the train. The suspect, a 29-year old Pelasgian national identified only as V.P., has been remanded to custody pending trial before Propontis Extraordinary Court Martial No. 3 for sui generis offences. The primary perpetrators of the attack remain at large but the authorities are confident that the suspect’s arrest will greatly aid the investigation.​

(Erikstad) The Government has re-organised the police service, making the Enhet mot Narkotika (Anti-Drug Unit) again an independent unit under the command of the Ministry of the Interior, after functioning in the past three decades as a sub-unit of the Royal Police Force. Renamed as the Antirusmiddeltjeneste (Anti-Drug Service), the unit was created during the Opioid Epidemic of the 1970s, and now will regain its significant and major position as a consequence to the governmental and social concerns of a new opioid epidemic brewing in the area of the Austwegian Sea, stemming from Caledonia and Justosia. The Minister of the Interior, Torje Lien, has announced that a sweep will be done through the Caledonian and Justosian refugee camps in Ranrike to ensure the health and safety of the refugees.​

(Camp Hill) Results for the election have just been released by the Federal Electoral Office and show a landslide victory for the Progressive Federal Party (Bisons) and for Olivia Harper Poole. The results show that with a 75% turnout, 52% of the vote went to the Bisons , 38% went to Brad Ross' Country Party (Grizzlies), 6% went to Liam Savage's National Democratic Party, 3% went to the Western Liberal Union (Wolves) and barely 1% went to Alice Makeba's Party of Democratic Socialism (Shrews). With these results, Olivia Harper Poole will be appointed by the new parliament as the President, and Asher James Becker as Vice-President, and the Bisons will govern Natal without needing a coalition partner.​

(CarrickAodh) The Ministry of Food, Drug, Water, and Health in conjunction with the Ministry of the Exterior's Customs enforcement arm and the national police, announced the seizure of several hundred thousand tons of aspirin, non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs, and other pain relieving medicines at the medium coastal city of Las Sirenas. This seizure comes after the discovery of many instances of generic forms of those drugs being spiked with other substances, including poisonous ones, and illicit substances, which were tracked to this port city and its import of those medical substances which should have thereby been pure. In addition to the seizure of the goods, royal forces have taken copies of all warehouse and portage records involving the company and are currently working with counterparts if Josepania, Sylvania, Radilo, and elsewhere to help track the source of these drugs and to further determine if the spiking of the medical materials happened domestically or abroad.

(Caledonia) Multiple reports are coming in that three Josepanian military helicopters have landed at a military outpost carrying all fifty-six members of the Nanukan Embassy Staff that were detained by the tyrant King Carlos III before the onset of the war. The staff members, accounted for in their entirety and unharmed, were rescued during a raid operation conducted by members of the Nanukan Rangers with support of the Josepanian Armed Forces. Details are extremely scarce at the moment, but there are reports of casualties amongst the Nanukan Rangers, but not the embassy staff themselves.​

The Justice Minister told reporters via a written statement that, "The inquiry found no evidence of any problematic business practice. While, the Nicosian Supply Board did raise issues with pricing practices. These were found not to be of SOSC's nor the Industry's concern but were that of the Board's own. There is no fault in determining what you think you are worth. The free market of buyers and sellers typically comes to an agreeable price. Elements of the Justosian 'People's Liberation Army' have attempted to put up sporadic resistance in these smaller towns, but the Secretaría del Ejército indicated this resistance was "ultimately ineffectual to strategic Coalition aims, and though ongoing guerrilla action is expected, major combat operations should not be anticipated in these liberated zones." Only the major city of Cadiz remains unoccupied, but its liberation is expected by tomorrow.​

Coalition forces, which entered Cadiz, encountered disorganized resistance from militias pledging allegiance to both the People's Liberation Army and Nationalist Remnants, but this resistance was unable to halt the advance and occupation of Coalition forces, who received only light casualties. Josepaño Lieutenant General Antonio Villegas, head of the Supreme High Command of the Coalition, stated that "the war is now officially over, and while this phase has concluded successfully in favor of forces fighting for freedom and liberty, now the truly hard part begins, of reconstruction and pacification. The efforts from not just Josepaños, but also Caledonians, Eiffellanders, Saxe-Franconians, Hamrunites, Azilians, and all others who aided and assisted Coalition efforts in this conflict must be praised for decades to come, and their sacrifices shall never be forgotten."​

The projects are an encompassing momentum which seek to improve Nanuka's viability as a major commerce, trade and shipping hub in the eyes of Yuanese enterprise and the world's. Coming out from his meeting, DQFC's representatice said, "We look forward to maintaining the strong cooperation we have. @Nanuka will be a major hub. Among the arrested are a military officer and three members of the Boule, who are also facing embezzlement and tax evasion charges. One of the arrested Boule members reportedly owned the luxurious villa that was raided. The Prosecutor General of the State has taken over the criminal investigation.​

His Serenity, Doge Clemente III, has been air lifted to Ca' Forsica University Hospital after collapsing of extreme chest pain in his private residence in the Doge's Palace. His present condition is not currently known, but his personal confessor priest and the Patriarch of Radila have been called to the Hospital. The Doge's office has asked citizens of the Republic to pray for His Serenity. This is a developing situation.

His Serenity, Doge Clemente III, born Raul Nbrigalla, has died of a heart attack. Born in 1949 to an aristocratic family, he was the first black leader of the Republic, hailing form Il Caribe. He served briefly as Prime Minister from 2009 to 2010, before that he served in various offices such as Opposition Leader, Foreign Minister, and Chancellor (economic minister). He led the Communist Party for five years before his election to Doge. He was nominated for the office by former Prime Minister Isabella Lacé in 2010, who was his on and off rival--many suspect because he would no longer be a threat to her politically. She would go onto serve for 14 years as Prime Minister--the longest of any Radilan Captain General.

Clemente III leaves a legacy of graceful, calm leadership; he will be most remembered for his breaking of the ultimate color barrier, as the first black Captain General and first black Doge. He is survived by his extensive family and his wife Dogaressa Selena. A state funeral will be arranged in the next few days. Captain General Barnapola will be responsible for nominating a new Doge, who will be elected by the Great Assembly.

Back at home, the Orthodox Church is organising a massive drive for supplies for those displaced from the flooding, including canned or dry foods, clothing and blankets. Entire mountain villages remain buried under mud and debris as rescue teams work around the clock in treacherous conditions. Emergency services warn the number of casualties is expected to rise sharply in the coming days, as hopes fade for those trapped beneath the wreckage.
