NEWS LEVEL: YELLOW (Hiort, Caledonia) In his first press conference as commander-in-chief of the Groenmark's Mission in Caledonia, General Asger Lindholm stated that the territory under temporary occupation by the Groensk armed forces had been finally pacified, with the defeat of the last pockets of resistance of the Greenshirts. "We have found a terrible situation. NEWS LEVEL: RED (Dún Glas) Results have started to come in from Saturday's plebiscite in the territory held by the militias of the Far Northern Republic, with the Electoral Commission stating that 70% of the votes have been supportive of independence from the rest of Caledonia, with 30% supporting the union with the rest of the nation. Turnout has been reported at 60%, with a strong absence being observed on the island of Ile, where Azilian presence has made the referendum organising be impossible. Daniel Blacach, the interim president of the Far Northern Republic has hailed the result, stating that it is a sign that the north is finally legitimately going forward, without the shackles of Dun Eidynn.​

Furthermore, the Departamento has announced the Imperio Josepaño will "acknowledge and cooperate with sanctions imposed by the Republic of Azilia upon the Justosian Kingdom, in an effort to demonstrate the consequences of lack of cooperation, harmony, and goodwill with the international community." Lastly, the Departamento has advised Josepaño nationals and citizens to "reconsider travel to the Kingdom of Justosia, though not necessarily avoid such if extra precautions are followed."

NEWS LEVEL: YELLOW (Gantelhavn, Groenmark) During the last question time in Parliament, Staatsminister Simon Boer addressed the latest news from Caledonia. Firstly, the Prime Minister announced the start of gas and oil shipments to Caledonia, to provide the civilian population with the energy they need for the winter, following the termination of natural gas supplies from the azilian-occupied island of Ile. Simon Boer said the Azilian decision is "cruel, as it harms first and foremost the civilian population, already bent by a bloody civil war". He added in a grave tone: "It seems that the people of Caledonia cannot enjoy any peace. If not at the hands of Cathal Marr's regime, it seems there are those who want to prolong the suffering of those who have already paid for the violence of a corrupt and immoral regime". On the independence referendum held in the self-declared Far Northern Republic, the Staatsminister stated that "the Kingdom of Groenmark will not accept the results, as we cannot confirm the fairness of the vote". He also expressed concern about the behaviour of the Kingdom of Justosia and said that the Government would work with the International Coalition to address the situation: "Our goal remains to restore a solid, united and sovereign nation to the people of Caledonia. We call on all stakeholders to join in this project, assisting the Coalition in achieving this valuable outcome".​

When asked if the Empire was following the public call to action from @Azilia made several week ago, the Minister denied it, stating, "We reached this decision independently as a nation, and after consultation with other relevant Ministries and stakeholders, and upon reflection of our longstanding moral and cultural attitudes." Asked if other Touyou Collective members would take similar action, the Minister said, "The delegates will make a decision if the gravity of the situation demands so."​
