The Official Absence and Return from Absence Thread

I've pretty much been checked out 99% of December. I have been somewhat available on discord, but haven't really kept up with anything on the forum. The holiday season this year didn't really afford me much free time. That said, January I am returning. I'll begin to slowly ramp up RP and mapping tasks which I am woefully behind on. As a means to expedite mapping duties I will be launching a series of catch up maps. The goal being that rather than one giant release I will dump incomplete maps more frequently until I'm caught up. I think a dirty and dusty incomplete map is more valuable to the community than a pristine finalized map only seen in long intervals.

Otherwise, happy new year! 2024 has been a bit rough for me personally on a professional level, and I'm very much unsure of where 2025 will take me, but I am happy to jump into 2025 and move towards new things!
 
I'll be in Oslo for the next 6 days... don't expect much from me, but I might do a phone post here or there.

Expect the next map edition a week from now. Truth be told, in January I was mapping a lot in the middle of the night, and now I'm actually sleeping then because I've fixed my sleeping schedule, so I need to schedule some dedicated mapping time during one of these day times hahaha...
 
Hey folks -

As some of you know, I jumped back into the forum after a good amount of free time found its way to me as a result of dealing with some pretty serious medical stuff.

Fast forward, I’m all in the clear now and emerging back into the world of the living. This will mean I have less time to RP and will be taking some small steps back.

Not to worry, Azure and Nanuka were both designed to be RPed in such a way that periods of quiet shouldn’t disrupt anyone and I’m still planning to be around - just want to set some expectations.

Welcome back King--I'll do my best to have some RP with Nanuka and Yukon <3
 
I will be less active for technical reasons, I have the laptop in assistance, in the meantime I got a bluetooth keyboard and mouse for the tablet, and I try to stay active that way.
