The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is a cabinet-level office of His Majesty's Government of Hvidrige. The Ministry is headed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, currently Tage Andersen and is generally divided into three branches: (I) diplomatic; (II) administrative; and (III) expertise. The Ministry is responsible for Hvidrige's international representation and for the advancement and safeguarding of Hvidrige's interests, as well as those of its citizens.

Subject: Aid, support and friendship

Esteemed representatives,

It is with great honour that we contact the government and people of the Republic of Ostmark, first and foremost to congratulate them for their return to democracy, as we state that while many might see the social and economic policies of the Grasserist regime as a model to follow, its human rights abuses all but completely cancel the progress brought in other domains. Welfare and social corporatism can exist within a democratic framework too and they might be even more successful.​

At the same time, we are here to state that we have a deep respect for the Republic of Ostmark and we wish to proclaim our friendship and support towards the independence and sovereignty of the Germanian republic in the face of aggression, coming from the East, but also potentially south. The government of Hvidrige is ready to offer its support and aid to the Republic of Ostmark, especially in this dire time of need.​

Should the government in Wien approve of this, the Hvidish government will be ready to offer an aid package of 5 billion Kroner for investments in infrastructure, and it is ready to mediate a contract between the Hvidish State Oil Corporation, Statens Olieselskab and the Ostmarker government, so that it can provide the republic with fuel and petrol at advantageous prices, so as to achieve energetic independence from the polities in the east.​

The people and government of the Kingdom of Hvidrige are shocked and appalled by the horrific accident that has taken place today in the Nonestican Commonwealth. We are ready to stand by our friends from the Engellexic people and wish to offer our sympathy and goodwill towards the victims of the accident. We pray that her majesty is safe and not in a critical condition and that the other wounded persons are safe too.

The Kingdom of Hvidrige wishes to stand by its Engellexic allies and will be ready to provide any aid, should it be necessary.
