Weird position from our colleague, Senyor Gonaugh, probably from the high humidity of his islands. Meridia has not held hostile intent to any of its neighbours in the last century and has a sane, functional and consolidated democracy, that just brought us, the Labour Party in power, after being a decade in opposition. It is insulting to any Meridian or Cervian citizen. Just home from the summit in Toyou, Presidenta Marissa de Herrera has visited the Vidacha Department and has met with the local government, entrepreneurs and organised a public cabildo where she met with the regular citizens. This comes as part of the government's plan to increase visibility to the issues of the interior Departments and to promote entrepreneurship within them.
