Yesterday the Hanseatics cut ties with Justosia but left trade technically open as to not hamper free trade with anyone. However, a queue of Justosian freight is anchored outside of every Hanseatic port not being allowed entrance due to the need to present proper paperwork and submit to searches. On paper trade is still open, in reality, nothing is getting through. Hanseatic freight bound for Justosia is subjected to fees for paperwork and searches for weapons as well. Hanseatic companies are simply cancelling the shipments rather than subject themselves to the exorbitant fees. Oh! How can I forget? Nobody is even staffed to conduct the searches... #NordlagskeTidende #EuropeanJournalism

On behalf of the People of Eiffelland, our condolences to family and friends of the people who fell victim to the floods resulting from storm Berenguer. We hold the victims in our prayers, and also pray for a speedy recovery of the injured people. If needed, Eiffelland is willing and prepared to offer help with cleaning and rebuilding to Meridia.

It is my belief that the CDL is a dead entity. It has failed in the face of rival forces. It has failed in the face of terrorism. It has failed to unite the very people it claims to speak for. I have seen first hand the events in Caledonia. I was led through the streets to where the act of terror occurred and even paid respects to the late Empress of Josepania. I will ask my Parliament to create a better League, for these events will not be stopped by a useless CDL. #Saxe-Franken-Landshut #CatholicUnity

It has been a tragic week for Tiburano football, as all teams from Nueva Bética have been eliminated in the Eucalyptus Cup, to the great disappointment of the fans. Even so, the Cup is seen as a success as the stadiums are filled to the brim and RTNB Sport, the main broadcaster of the matches is reporting record breaking profits as it sold broadcasting rights to worldwide to other TV companies and as millions around the world tune in to watch the matches. #ElEspectador #WesternJournalism

The election campaigning period for local elections in the Hanseatic Free Cities Region, oft referenced as "proper", has opened. My first electoral victory was in Lunenborg, and I believe that this democratic tradition that has officially existed since 1401, the earliest days of our City State Republic, helps guide democracy in Europe as a whole. There are important issues to consider both locally and abroad. I wish the best of luck to all candidates.

It's strange when you consider that the Covernants quickly disappeared and instead, out of nowhere, the terrorist arm of Solaris suddenly became active again. We can't prove it but it looks like there is a connection.#investigation

YGN Admiral Wu Jun has warned the Gallo-Germanic region against further military action in the Gaelic Isles that experts say may risk pulling the area into regional conflict on an unprecedented scale, stating on the sidelines during a press briefing focused on developments about the reorganisation of the Empire's military strategem towards modern and efficient theater commands, "I can speak for the navy and certainly the Armed Forces that our policy against unprovoked military action will remain non-negotiable. I'm aware of talks in some circles about the possibility that battle plans are being drawn to open a new front among the islands. Though, I believe this to be untrue. Nonetheless, I must reaffirm the Empire's stance regarding such delicate matters, and urge strongly for immediate restraint against implusive action."

Violent riots broke out and were violently suppressed in Vlaams Himyar due to poor working conditions imposed by the Ducal Colonial Charter Company. There are several companies which exist in Vlaams Himyar that have been known to engage in what the Hanseatic based Universal Human Rights Society (Société universelle des droits de la personne) have called exploitive, dangerous, and inhumane political and working conditions. #NordlagskeTidende #EuropeanJournalism

Boooo the senate and booo president Easton. Drugs should be legal! This is why I spend most of my time off set in Il Caribe or Josepania. Those people know how to have a good time and I can't help but feel Easton was letting some of his anti-tiburan sentiments show in his latest comments! Don't forget to see my latest film, One Way Ticket, now nominated for an award at the Valls Film Festival!

Death toll from the riots in Vlaams Himyar are at an estimated 150 people according to the Hanseatic based Universal Human Rights Society (Société universelle des droits de la personne). The riots have been politicized in both Vlaams Himyar and in Petits-Pays. Notably, the Hanseatic States at the federal level does not control what happens in the colonial enterprises of the individual states. #NordlagskeTidende #EuropeanJournalism

With the recent news of the defeat of the Sylvanian Recreational Drug Law, it is as good a time as any to remind the good people of the Republic that each nation is sovereign and entitled to determine their own set of laws through their own constitutional standards. Marijuana remains legal for adult recreational use in Nanuka, but travel across international boundaries into the Yukon or Sylvania is not legal and carries heavy penalties. Be smart, don't end up on the bad side of a Nanukan Ranger.

The clean-up following the Christmas attacks continues as rescue workers continue to clear debris and find bodies that litter the scene. A definitive time frame for cleanup has yet to be determined. We will rebuild!

New riots erupted today in Vlaams Himyar when a crowd overwhelmed a guard post and seized weaponry including related ammunition and explosives. Gunshots have filled the area near the town of Charlemagne on the coast, catching countless innocents in the crossfire. #NordlagskeTidende #EuropeanJournalism

We just want everyone to know that all drugs are legal in Radilo. Though if you bring them in and didn't buy them at a duty-free store, they will be confiscated.

This comes up a lot online or abroad: what do Celestials think about Catholics?

We recognize and work adjacent, sometimes with but never against, their Terrestrial Christian mission on this planet. Day 1 we are going to congratulate the new Pope on Tibur on their terrestrial mission yet also inquire if he or she has read the Mission Book guide for the Cosmos. #CelestialMission

The Easton family are avid hunters and practitioners of nature conservation. My wife Elizabeth and myself, our two sons Mark (20), William (17) and my daughter Rosalyn (15) have all been trained to care for nature and to hunt ethically and safely. I am sure that whoever the Radilan authorities are looking for is no relation of mine and should this Duke Easton Jr. character be found he will be be brought before the Radilan authorities to answer for his crimes. Conservation of nature and our national resources are a top priority for my administration and will continue to be.

Hanseatic hockey fans find themselves a bit worried with the World Cup of Hockey draw, as Group A is being referred to as the "Group of Death" with very formidable Sylvania, Istavania, and Josepania also included. While the defending champions are confident, some bad puck luck can result in anything happening in a difficult group. Just ask the Hanseatic team from 2014 which struggled to find the back of the net. #NordlagskeTidende #EuropeanJournalism

After a 4-4 (2-3) OTL to Istavania, boss Uwe Schmidt expressed a little disappointment with the effort from the boys, "We were quite slow off the puck, and were too complacent after the early 2-0 lead. We should know better than to give that much space to Istavania, they play well in free space with their tight passing and teamwork." #NordlagskeTidende #EuropeanJournalism

The victory of Meridia's national team over Pelasgia in the 2025 World Cup of Hockey, has ignited a national interest for the sport in the Crownlands. For many, it was even a shock that the sport exists in Meridia. Considering the high costs for its infrastructure in the nation, it has been seen as an elite sport for the upper middle and upper classes. Even so, the senyera flying high in Westernesse in victory in ice hockey has been a boon for it and betting agencies are reporting record breaking traffic regarding this sport. #MeridianNews #TempsdeValls

In a post-game press conference following Josepania's defeat to Sylvania in the first game of the 2025 World Cup of Hockey, Coach Jorge Antonio Herrera defended the overall play of the team, noting "the Sylvanian national team is amongst the best in the world, and our defensive effort kept the game close to the very end." Indeed, after the opening goal scored by Sylvania in the first period, Josepania swiftly answered with a one-timer from star forward Ezequiel Navarro, and kept the game a 1-1 tie well into the third period. The penalty kill unfortunately failed the Josepaño national team, giving up the game winning goal with nine minutes and twenty seconds to go, and an empty net goal with fifteen seconds remaining proved to be the dagger. The team sentiment remains optimistic despite the loss, with Navarro reminding reporters "we are in a group with the Istavanians and the Hanseatics, truly the best of the best, and we belong in this group. We know we played well despite the result, and we will learn from our mistakes and ensure the rest of the tournament goes much better for us."
