Minding the modern complexities of international emigration, Cantigny respectfully contests the erroneous statistic presented by The Central Daily News: "Coupled with the Republic's 0% Emigration Rate . .".
According to our universally heralded and trusted immigration bureaus, Keidan expatriates have in fact entered our Commonwelath Island with the intent to settle, gain citizenship, and thrive as servants to the Crown of Engellex.

Every government is entitled to their own opinion, naturally. But in the case of statistics regarding the movements of Keidan citizens, it is of course the Keidan government that is the most objectively accurate and trustworthy. We feel it is only polite to inform the Cantigian bureaus that they are mistaken and ought to redouble their efforts to ensure precision in their records. The Keidan people are forever Keidan. The Constitutional State in the strongest terms rejects and criticizes notions published by the Keidan state propaganda that hint at so termed 'reunification' talks. This ministry announces that there have never been, nor will there ever be so called 'reunification' talks with the potentates in Keida or indeed any future incarnations of Keidan statehood, since the very notion of historical unity, let alone the desire of any such future union, are historical revisionism and propaganda scenarios to support the dogmatic ideology of the Keidan state. The people of Touzen maintain their commitment to defend their thousands of years of independence and the independence of their Seoran, Jurchen and Siyang-based brothers against any attempts of foreign occupation. The dubious but disturbing claims by the Keidan Republic were deliberately timed to exacerbate fears in the region and intended to place greater international pressure on Vangala. We urge the Council of Nations to take action to determine the existence of Keidan nuclear weapons and enforce appropriate sanctions if their possession is proven. We cannot allow these criminal weapons capable of mass murder to be used.

The so-called Solaris Church is anathema to the message of Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and to the teachings of the Holy Bible, and we resent the association of such a fringe tradition with the broader Christian community as a whole. The use of marginal religious groups to justify persecution of genuine Christians, the overwhelming majority of whom stand in opposition to the so-called Solaris Church, is unacceptable.
The Patriarchate of Karelingrad stands in opposition of religious violence and perversion of the Biblical message of mercy.

The Grand Duchy questions the true motives behind this announcement, much as it does with that of Cantigny, as it specifically targets Anglysh Overseas Territories but is very vague concerning all other points. How does the Keidan government determines what is a "non-self governing region" and what is not? And what other regions does it determine is not self-governing? By not devulging such information brings motives into question, is it truely all "non-self governing regions" or is it just the Anglysh that are being targeted?
