The events unfolding in South Eastern Himyar under the criminal hands of the Valkanian ruling aristocrats and bourgeois capitalists are destroying any chances of the natives to continue their normal lives. The world didn't even manage to clear all debris from the August Catastrophe and still the exploiters want to continue their criminal ways, reaching new apogees and breaking new records in destroying the lives of the lower classes, in destroying cultures and enriching themselves on the backs of their own people. Humanity itself must stand united, to form a coalition of righteousness to stop the exploitation and destruction that currently takes place in South Eastern Himyar.
This month, the Socialist Republic of Tyrrhenia celebrates 30 years since the second revolution and thus since the creation of the current state. Carentania and Kyiv are even older. Vangala is the newest socialist nation that managed to become independent last year. The people should look and see how solidarity, friendship and brotherhood of the workers with the peasants and the intellectuals have managed to create enduring democratic systems based on equality and justice, on progress and development. All peoples should understand how easy it would be to form the world of tomorrow, a free and honest world, by simply learning to say "NO" to all their monarcho-capitalist leaders. Everyone should understand that the world isn't spinning because of them, but because of you, people of all ages and backgrounds that work from dawn to dusk and sweat so that they can organize their dinner parties eating caviar and drinking expensive wines while you are happy if you manage to lay your hands on a pot of porridge.
Even with all the wars they start, with all the crimes they commit, with all the lives they take and destroy, cultures being assimilated, languages disappearing, they still want more. They did not learn anything from the August Catastrophe, that is what the Valkanian cliques shows us. They are in a quest of destroying anything that is holy, anything that is just, so that they will continue to stuff their fat bellies. They come to Himyar seeking all the riches of the land. In their wake follow their servants- soldiers, professors, journalists and political pimps of the bourgeois. For many years, the socialist and post-delegationist movements worldwide declared that colonialism and imperialism will end only through a great war that will make the people understand that they need to free themselves. All the actions that Valkany takes now will have serious repercussions in time. There are two paths on which they can go. Either the path of diplomacy, with them retreating from Himyar, or the path of war, with them being beaten out of Himyar. All political analyses will show that the people of Himyar will see the real face of the colonialist soon enough and that will be felt like a shock wave through all Himyar, will people fighting their oppressors from Mozambia in the east to Saraar in the west. Even now, the imperialist powers understand the dangers of such a course of actions, so they will to do anything to stop the Valkanian insanity. That is why, now, the whole world stands together to stop the massacres. Socialists and Post-Delegationists to free the Himyari peoples, Imperialists to stop the avalanche before it become too great.
This manifesto is not one calling for a revolution. Since Tyrrhenia declared Iordanism as an official ideology is does not endorse externally stimulated revolution. Iordanos told the world that if a people is ready, from a social conscience point of view, for a better world, no one actually needs to tell them to revolt. They will start the revolution by themselves. Only if a revolution is genuine, a real socialist state can be formed. Tyrrhenia was not ready in 1915, that is why half of a nation remained then in capitalist hands, while the other half was living in a deformed socialist state in which a clique took power and kept if for themselves. The real Tyrrhenian revolution came in 1923-1924, when the people united together to destroy the dictators and return back to the real ideals of socialism: democracy, equality and justice.
This is a call for all socialist parties and movements worldwide. We would like to form a united front, a Socialist International, a forum in which the parties and movements will learn from the experiences of each other on how to make the people understand the need for a better world. The solidarity between socialist movements its necessary as the left-wing movements never manage to make use of the same resources to help the people understand what communism really is, when compared to the resources the capitalists put in to slander us all. This is not a forum that calls for a revolution that would simply weaken the nation, but a place of experiences exchange and resource administration. We hope that the communists and socialists of the world understand that they cannot force a revolution on a people, but help them understand the need of a revolution. One must also understand that one cannot copy the experience of Carentanian socialism and use it in Cathiopia, or the Tyrrhenian one and use it in Sikandara, for example. Each people has its own culture, its own values and its own way of living. It would be immoral to instill to someone values that are not right from his point of view, or to force him to live in a society that is incompatible with his culture. Each people, when they are ready, they should adapt the teachings of Marx, Sorokin, Iordanos to their nation, to their cultures, so that they can create and lasting and prosperous better world.
We hope that the socialist and communist parties will join together in Kastoria yearly from now on to talk and to present their mission, to receive and to give help from and to others. That is why the Worker's Party of Tyrrhenia, the Social Democratic Party, the National Communist Party, the Ploughmen's Front and the Anarcho-Syndicalist Union have signed together the funding of the 4th International. We hereby invite all socialist and communist parties, movements and nations to join the International.
