I write to you this day with ascent from my crowned sovereign. As I'm sure your proper facets have deduced, the crown in Avalon has shifted to a new, unprecedented head. As such there are new domestic & international legislative priorities taking place.

The former & first emperor had a policy of preemptive containment when it came to left leaning nations. While Justosia & Vanguardia are staunchly Capitalist, Monarchist, etc, we seek a change. It is with great joy that our Commissariat received and processed your warm message of peace and understanding. Since the end of fanatic rule in 1957 the Kadikistani Union has always put pragmatism and co-operation above the ideological veil. The latter being the past cause of conflict that we shall no longer tolerate. The manner in which nations govern themselves, be it socialist or capitalist and everything in between, falls within their respective sovereign rights.

For many decades our nation has matured and we have learned that such partnerships, such as the long-standing Status Quo Treaty with the Pelasgian Empire, can be extremely fruitful. That is why we wholeheartedly accept your offer and wish nothing except cordial and productive relations.
