BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY AND SUPREME COUNCIL OF THE INTERNAL THRAKIAN REVOLUTIONARY ORGANIZATION
A PROCLAMATION
IN THE NAME OF THE THRAKIAN NATION AND GOD
IN THE NAME OF THE THRAKIAN NATION AND GOD
WE, the assembled delegates and voivodas of the Internal Thrakian Revolutionary Organization (ITRO), having observed the sorry state to which Serbovian occupation has reduced our once-proud and independent Fatherland; and having attested to the numerous abuses of fundamental and national rights committed by the Serbovian occupation forces and authorities, including, but not limited to: the extra-judicial murder of patriotic Thrakians, the punishment of peaceful dissent through kangaroo courts or peacetime courts-martial, the existence of a dual legal system for Thrakians and for Serbovians, allowing the latter to murder, rape, steal and otherwise abuse the local populace at will, the quartering of soldiers in private homes, the appropriation and downright theft of Thrakian national goods, resources, funds and treasures; and having documented the attempts by Serbovian authorities to extinguish Thrakian nationhood, including by imposing the Serbovian language of Thrakian children and the public at large, and by actively and savagely attacking the Thrakian Orthodox Church, which is the fundamental, historical pillar of our Nation;
DO HEREBY proclaim that we consider the pretended authority currently holding power in Beli Zamak to be wholly illegitimate and an enemy of the Thrakian Nation.
THEREFORE, as the sole lawful authority of the Thrakian People, whose political leadership has been forced into exile to avoid repeated attempts at assimilation or extermination by the Federal State of Serbovia, we declare:
1. That a new governmental authority in exile, composed of the General Assembly and the Supreme Council of the Internal Thrakian Revolutionary Organization, is hereby established to restore the full independence and sovereignty of the Thrakian Nation-State;
2. That the Internal Thrakian Revolutionary Organization is in a state of war against the Serbovian occupation forces and all their collaborators within Thrakia until the total and complete liberation of our country from Serbovian power;
3. That all Thrakians are duty-bound to join or to assist our cause in any way possible, and to oppose and to harm the occupier in any way that they can, so long as they do not violate international law; and
4. That we call upon the international community to assist us in this, our lawful struggle, and that we petition the European Forum to grant us admission as the lawful representative of the Thrakian People therein.
