Like your great nation we in Gran-Occidentia are dismayed by the arms races taking place between the corrupt autocrats of Gallo-Germania, however unlike the Pelasgian People's Republic Gran-Occidentia lacks a suitable deterrent like your AKRITAS System. As such it is the belief of my government that we much rectify this situation. So to that end my Government would like to enter in negotiations with yours to aid us to create our own deterrent system capable of defending Occidentia from all those who might wish us harm.

Comrade,

The Pelasgian People's Republic welcomes the overtures by the brotherly nation of @Gran-Occidentia across the great blue main. Pelasgia is ever ready to assist fellow proletarians in the struggle against global capitalism and bourgeois reaction; where the bourgeois arm themselves, it is our duty to arm ourselves and our comrades so as to be able to crush them.

To this end, we invite you to Propontis, to discuss the particulars of developing a like system suited to Gran-Occidentia's needs, as well as any other common concerns and avenues for cooperation.
