Regarding UCNE and TE, I wish to see more activity before creating the forum. This is in accordance with what we concluded on the old forum, namely that we won´t create forums for every hillbilly organization. Nothing against your organizations, but they first need to proof their worth

More activity, our rules state we have to vote on people before we can actually start. We are like the EU sort of so we can't just hold a summit. Look at our member list, I can accept 1 more now, but if I take anymore, that would not be fair to certain promises I made.
