The term Oligarchy is definitely needed in the second box. I'm having the same problem. A group of people rule my nation rather than just one, and nobody assumes the post of national leader so autocrat is useless.

Meh, since in Hearts of Iron you have to move your slider slightly to the Right from the center when your an Autocrat, it becomes Paternal, and I never really looked into it, I assume it means something along the lines of a Centrist Right Winger.
