Considering the recent and continuous threats coming from the so-called Democratic Republic of Kadikistan, I have been instructed by his royal highness, Mael Coluim VI Blacach, the Benadur, Rewan Map Andain and the Royal Assembly of Cumbria to issue a call to all nations of the world to unite together to fight against the Red Mammoth that is a menace to us all. The world needs to stand united now more than ever to stop the hydra that wishes to expand on the backs of the free peoples.

It is clear for everyone by now, that Kadikistan is a rogue state that does not care of the laws of the international stage. It is a terrorist state that openly funds parties that want to take power through violence. They are ready to destroy the entire way our civilization functions. In their rhetoric, they call for communism but in reality, Kadikistan is no different than a medieval feudal state. It is maybe even worse than that. The leaders of that nation are ready to starve it's people and to sacrifice it's soldiers just to conquer and to bring destruction. It needs to be stopped.

Kadikistan has organized a blockade against Justizia, a sovereign nation. Kadikistan has sent soldiers in Milesia to fight against the Ivernish Imperial Army. Kadikistan is supporting, funding and arming the Promethean People's Revolutionary Army, the main terrorist group in Cumbria. Kadikistan now threatens the Empire of Karintia-Harkany with an invasion force of 200,000 soldiers. All fanatics ready to die at the whim of their despotic masters.

Currently, the main opponents of this criminal regime are Cumbria, Ivernia, Karintia-Harkany and Justizia. Two of those nations have less than 10 million inhabitants. We ask now for the world to stand united and help David in his fight against Goliath. We ask the world to come and join us in our crusade against the red terror and Marxism-Leninovism.

That is why, I would like to invite the nations of the world to cooperate to bring down this beast and to kill it once and for all. We must create a coalition, in which it's members defend each other against the attacks of the communists. We need to see any action of Kadikistan against a member of the coalition as an action against our own nations. We need to ally and to stand together against them. A united front is the only way to go if we want to stand a chance against it.

But we mustn't be only defensive, to be sure that Kadikistan will end it's aggressive stance, it has to be brought to it's heels. This coalition should embargo the Democratic Republic of Kadikistan, thus removing it from the main resources and commerce it needs to function and thus to attack us all.

We would like to tell the government of Eiffelland to analyze the politics of expansion of Kadikistan and tell us where they see the peaceful way. There is no peaceful way. They fund and arm terrorist groups in Cumbria and Justiza. They invade Milesia and through it, Ivernia. They organize a blockade around Justiza. They are now mobilizing an army of nearly a quarter of a million soldiers to invade the Empire of Karintia-Harkany. Kadikistan is not a country that can be discussed with. Every time this has been tried, they are immediately threatening everyone with total war. This whole political, military and economical project has appeared and is developed only because the vocabulary of the government of Kadikistan has no entries like "peace", "stability", "freedom". They know only one thing: to press the trigger of their guns. Nothing else.

As for Veniasufia, we would like to invite them to try to imagine the future. There is nothing to stop Kadikistan to put it's eyes on the Kingdom of Veniasufia. First, they will bully it with Marxist-Leninovist rhetoric. Then they will fund terror groups. Afterwards they will organize blockades around your coasts and then it will end with it's barbaric hordes invading your lands. Probably because of it's isolationist dove policy, Veniasufia does not suffer now from the actions of Kadikistan, but currently in the world, all capitalist nations are bullied by the creation of the Marxist-Leninovist International. Kadikistan is currently funding terror groups in Cumbria, Ivernia and Justiza. They have organized a blockade around Justiza and they are invading Ivernia. Those things cannot be denies. Those are the realities of the crusade against communism. Veniasufia is a monarchy that has a capitalist economical system. Only starting from those two characteristics, your country is a target for the Kadikistani.

That is why we came with the idea of putting economic pressure on him. So that we may avoid any military actions either against him or against us. And for that, we need the whole world to cooperate to isolate this demonic state.We are no endangering ourselves by uniting together. We are saving ourselves. Alone we will all fall, but united we have a chance. Cumbria is already infiltrated by Kadiki terrorists. We joined this alliance after a lot of thought to be insulted by a fellow member we were merely expressing our concern that this may cause more harm which it is clear that we would be taking more of a risk leaving this alliance and so we rethought our position and if Ivernia wishes to ban humanitarian aid missions by the Kingdom of Veniasufian then that is fine with us and I believe we haven't shown our weakness but have in fact shown our strength that we can attempt to work with all sides. We can not join in this trade embargo due to several different Cymraeg business relying on imports of oil from Kadikistan, it would be economic suicide on our growing economy to endanger 1000s of jobs. Unless this coalition can provide us with a different supplier with better quality or price sadly business will still continuing importing Kadikistani oil. Also May I point out the irony of this coalition stopping it's business importing Kadikistani goods, isn't that state taking form of economic control? and isn't one the main fundamental principles of Marxism and Leninism of a planned economy?

Another thing I like to point out the lack of empathy from Cumbria's government during the separatist rebellion where Ivernish military executed civilians.

This proposition, considered in Segazdryhten, flatters the violent criminality of the dynasties that command the Kadiki people, and is woefully insufficient in its reliance on an alliance with passing men of state instead of looking to unity of lasting nations.

Whatever may be the opinion of the Levantine States respecting the Democratic Republic of Kadikistan and your proposed alliance to better them, Segazdryhten will respect and understand the necessity to which yourselves, and friendly nations, have found themselves in to construct such an international scheme, and in doing so the Levantine States will not deliver a criticism to your direction; yet one consideration it would be recommended for Cumbria and her allies to well weigh.

The office holders of the People’s Commissariats, the Kadiki military leadership, and those of the ruling houses are but mortal men, like whoever and all else; they may perish, by whatever means as we all can. At all events, the ruling authority of the Democratic Republic are but a passing meteor that will be succeeded by another – the Kadikistan nation and its ideological spirit is lasting, and the true disruption to our desired peace and prosperity.

Should the alliance of Cumbria find itself at war with the Democratic Republic, as is inevitable should this enterprise succeed, and your efforts provide that much wanted defeat of Kadikistan, but has the victory been secured? Of course not. The alliance could very well obliterate the Democratic Republic’s military, with your courts sentencing its leadership and ruling establishment to executions, but your alliance will be seen violently dismantling the perverted idea of freedom and democracy that the Kadiki people worship, that those ideological criminals that infiltrate our nations believe in, and those ideas – as violent and perverse as they are – will persist and grow.

The Democratic Republic should best be gathered from the aggressive policy it has hitherto pursued throughout the region, that much is absolutely certain.

Of the partnership of the Levantine States with Cumbria, and other friendly nations here also addressed, Segazdryhten would be pleased to see it does not end here. We are fully persuaded that it is the interest of Cumbria and the Levantine States to make common cause for Justizan independence of the Kadiki naval blockade. The sooner efforts are directed to that pressing issue, the sooner shall we be able to check this game of aggression and tyranny, and ensure a permanent and stable peace.

To the governments of: The High Kingdom of Ivernia

The National Unity Government of the Kingdom of Cumbria wishes to call the Kingdom of Ivernia to create a united front to save the status quo of the world and it's stability by joining together in a military-political alliance, called the Celtic Union. The nations signing the pact are to join together is they are attacked by any external force this time, not only by Kadikistan, though the Democratic Republic is the main threat that is menacing our peace and it also has the military power to take us down if we stand isolated.

That is why, the Kingdom of Cumbria calls the nations of Ivernia to stand together as an ally of ours against the communist threat.The main tenet of our alliance being the fact that once a foreign power invades a member of the alliance, it is the duty of the other member to react and mobilize and join with their full strength in the defense of the attacked member.

For the lack of feasibility, the Mormaer has decided to abandon the project of an embargo against the Democratic Republic of Kadikistan, but has remained true to the fact that the free world needs to be united to defend itself from any kind of aggression.

Moreover as both Cumbria and Ivernia are very close culturally, politically and linguistically, the Naoned government wishes to create a series of permanent institutions that will bring our kingdoms together: The Celtic Cultural Institute, The Celtic Linguistic Union, The Council of Eastern Vaalbara, The Celtic Council and a unified Celtic Court of Justice.

From an economical point of view, the Kingdom of Cumbria understands the need of cooperation, especially in this period of war and especially when much more effort will be needed to rebuild what was destroyed by the war. For that, the Mormaer, empowered by the Royal Assembly is proposing a free trade agreement, a relaxation of the visa policies and the creation of a supra-national Celtic Bank.

Of course, the institutions of the union are too be created after the war ends and Milesia is pacified.
