The High Kingdom of Cumbria, Caledonia and Loago reissues the call for the free nations of the globe to again unite in defense against the dictatorship of Kadikistan which wishes to make us all bow towards their cult of Marxist-Feudal dynasties. The first project of an Anti-Kadikistani Coalition was abandoned because tensions were reduced in the spring, but in the last months, the Democratic Republic of Kadikistan has started a whole new offensive against the democratic and civilized states.

We have become more lax in our defenses against the Communist threat and this ended up with a separatist communist state in Mehldorf, continuous attacks in Cymru and a Kadiki foothold in Milesia. It is the 12th hour now. The countries of Europe need to unite to defend each other and too cooperate so that the influences emanating from Kadikistan cannot take any more lives in the Free World.

Currently the High Kingdom of Cumbria, Caledonia and Loago is engaged in many operations in supporting and defending itself and allied nations like The High Kingdom of Ivernia and the Cymraeg Republic, but it's resources are stretched too thin and for this we call for all free states to come together and collaborate on a program of common defense.

We hope that not only nations from around Scania, like Cumbria, Cymru, Ivernia, Mehldorf, Carinthia will join, but also nations farther away, that have a stake in keeping northern Germania and Eastern Scania Free, like The Grand Duchy of Bourgogne, The Engellexic Republic, The Pelasgian Empire, The Republic of Nufruedan, The Republic of Justizia and the Kingdom of Eiffelland.

The program we strive for is a common defense one, in which a direct attack from Kadikistan on one will represent an attack on all the others. We also support common training programs for anti-terrorist operations and funding of the more vulnerable states so they can hold firm against the Kadikistani aggression.

His Imperial Majesty's Government had, originally, limited its support to the cause of the Anti-Kadikistan Alliance to the supply of cheaper oil, believing the Kadikistani threat to be one of limited scope and severity, which could be easily avoided, placated or otherwise dealt with without the force of arms and the need for global coalitions. In this respect, the previous administration was thouroughly and horribly mistaken; It is part of Kadikistan's vile ideology to want to spread, preferably via the force of arms, their 'revolution' and 'popular rule' to the whole world, reducing Europe's proud and independent nations to nothing but mere puppet régimes and satellite states for Kadikistan to bleed dry.

To this end, we would be open to the prospect of a Coalition against Kadikistan, formed by a great number of free European nations, as well as to offering funds, equipment, personnel, know-how and, if need be, our military might, to the Coalition in order to defend Europe from the Red Menace. We join the High Kingdom in urging the nations of the Free World to unite against Marxist-Leninovist aggression as a whole, not just that of Kadikistan, as we have all witnessed the barbarity showcased by Serenierre in recent weeks. We do, however, believe that such enormous matters and treaties cannot be discussed and formulated through mere dispatches and would thus propose a joint, covert summit of representatives from our nations, to draft and form Treaties which would set the basis for an anti-Marxist-Leninovist Coalition.

To those involved with this coalition,

In the past Mehldorf was foolish enough to risk it's own security for better economic prospects but now we realise that this can not be the case which is why we are interested in seeing this organisation resurrected. The Mehldorfean defence industry is prepared to work it's hardest to reach output and to help those within this organisation. The Kadikistani attempts for hegemony over Europe must be stopped and we must be the nations that stop it. The people of Mehldorf will put there life on the line to defend there nation and we realise that there may be a time in the future when this must happen, we must prepare for that time and we must unite to work together when that time comes. We need European nations to be safe, sovereign and be ready to sacrifice, if we stand by these principals then we can succeed.

That is why we are ready to join this coalition and to put a foot down when Kadikistan bullies nations and tries to force them into unfair deals as with what happened with the island nation of Justiza earlier this year. We stand with our friends in Cumbria and Pelasgia and call on all nations to join this organisation, we urge you not to fear the Kadikistani beast but to fight it, to fight it with words and hard work, our peoples have fought for there nations many times and it is unfair for Kadiksitan to force them to do it again but if it the people must they will. We openly show our vehement opposition to the ideology of Marxist-Leninovism and it's tenets, please join us in doing so.

It is still our opinion that it is up to the people of each country to decide how they want to be governed. This is also applicable to Serenierre and Kadikistan. If the people of those countries want to live under Marxism-Leninovism, we will let them do so, despite the fact that we consider that a wrong decision.

However, we also see lots of things happening in the name of Marxism-Leninovism. Lots of negative things. Indeed, terrorist assaults are committed in the name of Marxism-Leninovism. Indeed, parts of Ivernia and Mehldorf are terrorised in the name of Marxism-Leninovism. Indeed, Serenierre's behaviour towards Bourgogne cannot be considered else than agressive. And indeed, we should also look at what is happening in the Arrière. We cannot keep ourselves blind to those developments. Therefore, we will join this coalition as well.

The High Kingdom thanks the Pelasgian Empire, The United Kingdom of Mehldorf and The Kingdomf of Eiffelland for their support of this project started and led by the High Kingdom of Cumbria, Caledonia and Loago. It needs to be understood that the capitalist Free World needs to defend itself and fight back against the influence of the communists coming from Kadikistan.

The High Kingdom will keep it's reactive stance against the terrorists. We believe that what we see now exported by The Democratic Republic of Kadikistan is the new generation of warfare. The days of gigantic standing armies that stood in trenches too massacre each other are long gone and they are being replaced by proxy wars such as the one in Milesia, by separatism, like in Calidia or by terror groups like the Democratic Revolutionary Army and the July Attackers' Group. To fight them, the police is not enough and the military is too much. Both are ineffective in the current paradigm that they function. The people will be distressed if they would see a militarized police and the army would be too weak if they are to become lighter and lighter. To still be efficient in the fight against communist terrorism, the state needs two main elements in it's defense. A powerful and omnipresent intelligence service and a new kind of military unit, a specialized light infantry that can respond to any kind of alarm at any hour and at any place. Cumbria is developing those new defensive weapons and it has progressed more than any country as it is the oldest active target of the communist terrorists. We are willing to share our experiences and help the other countries, members of this coalition. We are willing to send trainers to help your security forces to become more efficient.

The High Kingdom also thinks that a summit of the heads of states or governments would be the best way to further this coalition and to cement and solidify it through a treaty. While we thank the Kingdom of Eiffelland for it's proposal to hold the said summit in Meissner, we think that the Loganach House in Dun Glas, the building of the government and parliament in the capital of the Mormaerdom of Caledonia would be the best venue for the said summit, as holding it there would be a great symbolic victory over the communist terrorists to show them where it all started, when they attacked the city and where we are now, when we literally threw them in the sea.
