Public, anonymous proxies are banned from now on.
I am sorry I have to take this step, but after people tried to illegally access the boards before through proxies, I simply see no other option.
Most of you will not use public proxies anyway. Those using AOL or other providers forcing them to utilize proxies will not be affected.
