La Roca Fuerte.
La Roca Fuerte is a small fishing atoll island 200 miles west off the coast of the Gouveian islands. It has great strategic importance, and makes it a viable location for naval and air bases. The Gouveian Republic has little need for the island and is willingly giving it away.
The base bid for the island must include military aircraft, SAM technology, modern small arms, and APCs. Heavy factory and farming equipment is also wanted. Gouveia will assist in construction of the naval base aswell. Gouveia will also reward the winning country's bid to uranium trading rights.
