That's Right! President Leupolz here in Lethonia-Thüringäu is the most important man in Europe! How can this be denied when considering the facts? Only Leupolz has been able to command the Tsar's attention and forced them to the European Forum to lodge a complaint! Not even the Scanlan's own central figure Prime Minister Bakken can stop him! Let's look into his work thus far. He's interfered in Pannonia and single-handedly carved out a French-German Bourdignie. Some Franks complained, no worry, take the damn Patois and Leupolz will pretend to leave Bourdignie. He didn't leave anyway! So Tarusa complained, and then even the socialists from San Jose backed up Leupolz's imperialism. Leupolz can get the Global Exploitation Conspiracy Theorists to even back those advancing the so-called Exploitation Conspiracy.
Leupolz is a modest man. He comes from a humble background with parents that worked in the shipbuilding industry and a teacher. He came into politics after doing well in school, and become President after man years of hard work. A conservative firebrand at heart, he has advanced in Lethonia-Thüringäu as a person to upload the mix christian faiths in this Germanic region, while promising to advance what it means to be Germanic abroad. This is why former-Bourdignie cannot be left behind! They deserve a post-delegationist future for to be German means to be post-delegationist.
These are just facts, and only a man that can get the Tsar to whine in the European Forum, and yet still receive backing from El Presidente himself, can be considered the most influential, and of course, therefore the most powerful man in Europe!
