To the attention of the esteemed Comrade Foreign Secretary of the Republic of @Nieveland.

Comrade,

The Pelasgian People's Republic is glad to have recently been informed of Niveland's support for our efforts in countering imperialist arms proliferation.

Given the common socialistic and Christian character of our states, we find that further cooperation between Pelasgia and Nieveland would be most opportune. As such, we would like to extend an invitation for a delegation from your country to visit Propontis for the purpose of a summit between our governments, so as to determine the possible avenues for more permanent collaboration between us.

Humankind deserves social justice. Girded by our Catholic beliefs too often we revert to listening to Imperial claims towards peace, however, today the Pelasgian People's Republic is currently driving a path towards that fusion of peace and justice for people in Europe that our friends the Franks and Tarusans cannot. We will gladly send a state delegation alongside party officials setting up to join the Socialist International.

With serious international events taking place with direct Pelasgian leadership we do not expect fanfare or access to the People's Republic's highest echelons. Instead we recommend that I as Foreign Engagement Officer (Chief Foreign Minister) visit our embassy in Pelasgia and wait for an appropriate time to communicate with an appropriate Pelasgian official not engaged in the larger European conflict.

Comrade Secretary,

The Pelasgian People's Republic welcomes the Republic of Nieveland's glad and frank participation in efforts to promote peace, justice, and prosperity across Europe, without sacrificing our ancient traditions or ways of life to the universal meat-grinder of extreme modernity and bourgeois capitalism. Pelasgia will be glad and honoured to have a nation such as Nieveland, which is setting an example for the whole of Europe, standing by its side in the great task of the Socialist International.

Regarding the form of meeting proposed by your Government, we thank you for your understanding and discretion, and find it most appropriate. I promise that I shall meet with you upon your arrival and as soon as possible, especially given that the current situation in Germania seems likely to be brought under control by way of our recent initiative in the European Forum, which your delegation most graciously supported.

I look forward to our discussion in Propontis, and I am certain that it will be most pleasant and productive.
