Establishing Nation
The Bureau of Foreign Trade serves to internationally represent the Confederate Eastern States and its business interests and to facilitate trade between the Eastern States and foreign states. In addition, it provides support to domestic businesses and investors in promoting their operations to foreign clients and in establishing business ties with foreigners and at the same time to encourage foreign investment in the Eastern States.
Much of this work is done through Confederate Trade Representations, diplomatic posts usually operated alongside Confederate embassies and consulates in foreign countries which are dedicated to furthering business relationships between their host country and the Eastern States. The Bureau of Foreign Trade falls within the purview of the Foreign Ministry, but interests of our business community - through the Chambers of Commerce - are represented in its activities and decisionmaking.
The Eastern States welcome foreign businessmen- and women to trade with us. Since our independence was attained in 1831, Confederate policy has been based on creating the right conditions for commerce to succeed in order to create wealth and welfare for us and for our partners. The Eastern States aim to create a permissible environment for operation of legitimate business interests, to the point of low taxes and low bureucracy.

Implarian Shipping Company
Originally established in 1908 as the Franconia-Implarian Line, today's ISC is a significant maritime operator in the Implarian region, providing services from car ferry connections between islands in the Eastern States as well as maritime neighbors to recreational cruise liners as well as commercial freight transportation services to ports in the Implarian Ocean and beyond. In conjunction of its recreational services, ISC has recently expanded with a subsidiary ISC Hotels.
Implarian Confederate Airlines
The largest commercial airline in the Eastern States. Implarian Confederate Airlines operate a fleet of ninety passenger and cargo airliners that serve routes to destinations everywhere in the world. The Schräderhafen Metropolitan International Airport serves as a hub for Implarian Confederate, allowing foreign visitors easy access to domestic connections into the rest of the Eastern States.
Westmark-Steiner Paper Company
Westmark-Steiner is dedicated to providing paper products that are sold to companies of other sectors, for instance household goods companies and printing presses. With large-scale access to forestries in the Eastern States, Westmark-Steiner is able to control the entirety of its production chain.
Schräderhafen Industrie-Gruppe
Schräderhafen Industrie-Gruppe is a conglomerate of several smaller industrial producers providing a wide variety of industrial products, from heavy machinery and vehicles to defense equipment. Abbreviated as SIG, the company is known especially for its line of durable low-maintenance automobiles it has marketed to Toyou and Himyar.
Wieland-Jürgens Aviation
Wieland-Jürgens is Eastern States' primary airline manufacturer and especially known for its specialization in regional-to-medium passenger aircraft as well as a number of military models. It is a large supplier for the Confederate Army.
A&M Electronics
A&M Electronics operates both as a sub-contractor and component maker for other, foreign electronics companies and as a manufacturer of electronic products for retail sales, including electronic industrial systems, cell phones, computers and other domestic appliances.
Burkertt Trading Company
BTC was originally established during the colonial period as an import-export business dealing in exotic colonial produce, and true to these roots it today serves as an exporter of exotic Eastern States food and other products abroad, also importing foreign foods into Confederate territories and elsewhere in the Implarian region.
Petersen & Sons Merchants
Petersen & Sons Merchants is a leading retailer in the Eastern States, operating stores from everyday grocery stores to large department stores. In addition, a subsidiary known as P&S Food which cultivates food products for retail sales.

Paladin Security is Eastern States' largest provider of security and risk management services. From manned guarding and alarm response to law enforcement support services, security under high-risk conditions and risk management and security consulting, Paladin International is able to deliver an extensive portfolio of available security solutions. In 1744, Franconian merchants in Schräderhafen established the Schräderhafen Brewery (Schräderhafen-Brauerei), which over time grew into Bicol Breweries & Liquor, a major supplier of alcoholic beverages in Implarian states. It is notable for being one of the few Eastern breweries which adhere to Franconian historical purity standards for beer. In addition to well-known beer brands such as Schräderhafen and Bicol Classic, Bicol B&L produces a number of specialty beers as well as famous Kolonial sugarcane liquor.
United Fruit Cooperative
The United Fruit Cooperative is a cooperative association of fruit producers and landowners operating in the Eastern States, formed to facilitate marketing and joint business ventures.

Manufacturer of cigars and cigarettes. Implaria's Finest itself was established in 1991, but its history as a tobacco producer dates into the 19th century in the form of its forming subsidiaries Victory Tobacco and Landsmann-Müller.
