We would like to order 4 Leonidas class destroyers to replace older ships in our Navy. Would that be possible?

We will begin construction soon. The payment plan will be as follows:
Now: 1/2 Total Cost
After 3 ships: 1/4 total cost
Upon completion and delivery of 4th ship: Remaining cost.

We wish to note that the first ships may take longer than the second pair as we are currently addressing other engineering concerns.

To the Burgundian Military Industries we the National Salvation Committee wish to purchase at least ten attack transports for our Navy, these craft need not state of the art. or failing that we wish to purchase several civilian ocean liners or freighters

We are unsure as to what manner of vessel an 'attack transport' is. At this time, we regret to say that we build no troopships. We do have cargo vessels which may be converted to troopships. However, the cost of such a project may outweigh your budget.

regrettably I believe you are right with regards to our financial situation I do not believe we could afford the cost of retrofitting cargo vessels.

We agree with these terms for delivery. The first term of payment has been made. We also understand the reason why the delivery of the first pair of ships may take a bit longer than usual.
