I am writing to the Government of President Sanabria with a very interesting proposal. I believe that there is a tremendous market in Auraria for the provision of high quality hallucinogenic and recreational stimulants of a large number.
Under the authority granted to me by the Basic Law, I have considered a proposal to convert the city of Almezde as a international hub for the manufacture and production of such stimulants, and the surrounding countryside is well suited to such activities. It is the belief of the administration in Lions that the post-war recovery shall be greatly aided by the endeavor. Should a positive response come from Solis, we shall be in a position to immediately supply a very large consignment of a variety of chemically engineered stimulants and organic matters for the inspection by your relevant Ministry.
If such a business relationship works to the advantage of your nation, Occitania too shall be assisted greatly in its efforts to redevelop itself as a modern presence in the Gallian continent.
We believe that our little country can make the Aurarian people very happy.

Under Aurarine Law, the Aurarian Board of Narcotics and Hallucinogens, ABNH, under the authority of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Technology is responsible for regulating all facets of the Narcotics industry within the Republic.
As such, the Board thanks you for your interest in participating in the Aurarian Narcotics & Hallucinogens Industry. To this end, I do believe it is imperative to explain the process of the Board. While the Aurarine Republic maintains a fairly libertine attitude toward narcotics, there are a number of laws and regulations in place to ensure that such substances can be enjoyed as safely as possible.
Most importantly, the Board awards certifications to every manufacturer and distributor that operates within the Republic. Board Certification can be revoked at any time at our discretion. Operation without certification will result in a permanent revocation of such certification and is open to additional criminal penalties.
Certification is based, primarily, on the manufacturing process. To begin, the Board wishes to send inspectors to Almezde in order to ensure that production meets the safety standards set. In addition, at any time, the Board retains the right to seize any quantity of product for inspection and testing.
I understand that the restrictions in place by this Board can come off as unappealing, however it is important to stress that very few countries in the world have a legal narcotics market. Notably, Auraria is among them with an industry that is currently generates billions of euromarks annually. Comply with the process that the Board has delineated and we promise the endeavor will be more than worthwhile.
I look forward to your reply,
Sincerely,
Baraka ibnat Garsiyya Benalcázar
Chairwoman of the Board
