Northern Development Committee of the Second Republic
To all whom it may concern,
Recently, we gained permission from the First National Assembly of the Government of the Second Jurzani Republic to begin dealing with International Companies in the practice of opening offices and factories in the Second Jurzani Republic. Our Government has formally announced that the Jurzani Borders are open to anyone and we are hopeful of foreign investment, for the Republic is a nation that cannot be ignored by companies looking to expand.
Our primary resource is a vast amount of hard working Jurzani People, looking for careers. Our people have been through hell in the past and now only want to have the freedom to make a living for themselves and their families. Our people are hard workers, believing in earning their money, what some people may few as "petty labor" our people view as a gift to be able to earn money, something that was so scarce for us for so long.
Our second most valuable incentive is a very low tax rate and a business friendly policy. Yes, the Jurzan is a socialist nation and a proud member of the Revolutionary Defense Treaty, however, we will not say that the Government is more effective at maintaining an economy than a competitive free market. The industries we do have nationalized are for providing the essentials of life, not the bells and whistles. As a result of the nationalization, our dependence on taxes is nowhere near as high, we guarantee that no other nation will tax businesses at rates as low as our own.
We understand that there might be concerns over the safety of the Second Jurzani Republic. We would like to ensure all investors that the Jurzan is a safe and reliable country for investment, our law enforcement agencies are excellent at maintaining civil order and peace and if that is not enough, we will provide insurance policies on the assets that may be lost in any incident.
Our third most valuable incentive is the construction of the Sharjah Strip. Sharjah is the safest, healthiest, and most modern city in the Jurzan. We have constructed the Strip for the sole purpose of gambling and vacationing, with the massive increase in Carentanian Tourists and the lift of the closed borders, we expect a massive increase in revenue, all of which foreign tourist companies may get a piece of. We guarantee that this is a gold mine, it's best to act quickly.
