The Imperial Government informs its counterpart in Merteuil that it is not expected for the Kingdom of Coeurleon to assist the Imperial effort in Yujin in an overt manner, as the military capacity of the Sikandari military is more than capable to deal with the objectives presented to it by the collective leadership of the Imperial Government and the Imperial High Command. The Imperial Government is pleased to note the efforts of the counterpart government, as far as financial arrangements and intelligence support is concerned. The Société Générale de Cœurléon will be able to further assist the Sikandaran Government in raising capital. As the largest company in the Kingdom, it has the means of accumulating the financial resources needed. I have also been instructed by Her Majesty's Government to inform you that any transactions with private bankers in the Kingdom will not require any special license.

I have been informed by Her Majesty's Treasury that a loan guarantee of 1bn CFr remains intact, and can be used as a guarantee to raise capital in any foreign banks. We await your instructed.
