It is the wish of the Grand Duchy of Retalia to establish a much closer link between the Empire and ourselves in dealing not only with matters of mutual concern between our two Powers, but also concerning matters of the continuing meddling by the Kadikistani Union and their Rurikgrad Pact marionettes in our immediate vicinity.
The Grand Duchy of Retalia is most concerned with the ongoing instability in CBS and the unchecked communist aggression against the Free State of Trivodnia. I shall disclose furthermore that without limitation to public and vocal support, the Grand Duchy of Retalia has moved to position assets on a low profile, confidential role within Trivodnia to prepare the ground for a military defence of the Free State against Kadikistan, should such a need arise.
Unfortunately, after the subsiding of the initial crisis, we are now faced with a situation where things could escalate even further. We see internal power strife within CBS and clear signs of internal score settling within the ruling regime, with rumours of a hardline Marxist-Leninovist party taking the reigns, we see the rise of Krasnislavian nationalism across Trivodnia and Elben, which we have firm reasons to believe with a highly likely probability originate within Kadikistan.
We understand our partners within the Kingdom of Eiffelland shall be approaching your government with right of passage queries. We would seek the same rights.
Additionally, we would wish to establish a military liaison with your armed forces in a mutual exchange of liaisons between our General Headquarters.
Furthermore, we seek to move onwards to the future away from the old scores of the past and increase the cooperation between our two Powers both against the Rurikgrad Pact, as well as in general to secure a prosperous, peaceful and stable Gallo-Germania.
