After a lot of trouble, our calculator finally returns!

I have finally managed to salvage the code and calculator database from the old phpbb forum and adopt it to vbulletin. Thusfar, please neglect the design and the not working search function, this will be adopted as soon as possible.

I have a question, what if the calculator shows a smaller population than my actual NS account does?

It's called the 10 percent rule—everything in NS europe about your country is 10 percent of what it is on nationstates

A defense budget is measured by the military expenditures made in one year. A common method used here is to equate one RL month with one IC year to eliminate the fatigue of rping real-time.
