[Dalriada]

Minister of Security and defence Sir Thomas Picton answers the phone."Are we on a secure line?"

 

[Furlanìe]

"Yes, from our side at least, so: what is the situation?."

 

[Dalriada]

"Good I can't promise my end is secure but I have to risk it. I have put in and hidden in my nation's government for 2 years by the current P.M. You see good old Evans may be good at speeches and rising the coward but the old man as no clue military matters or spying in general that's why I have been put in place"

 

[Furlanìe]

Lusevera sipped from a cup of coffee "and so, how can we help?"

 

[Dalriada]

"Well I spare you the details...Smokes from his pipe "as you already experience there're a foreign force who I will not name are trying to influence our young and still growing countries for their own agenda. I have been talking to the foreign minister and we both agree on a partnership between our nations to tackle this mutual problem. Also to open embassies in both of our countries."

 

[Furlanìe]

He takes a deep breath and smiles "yes!" Says before hitting his desk with a fist "these are great news my friend! Of corse we can collaborate, our military power is very limited at the moment, and we can't defend ourselves alone, but toghether!" He waits, fearing to have gone too far too quickly

 

[Dalriada]

Sir Thomas Picton laugh to himself about the minster being native, then goes back to his dry tone "I believe we don't have the liberty or power to make that happen or talk about it, simply pass a message on we would like to set up formal meeting with me, the PM and the foreign minister and your counterparts"

 

[Furlanìe]

"Wow that was awkward! Well we will see how this goes, ok, our defence minister and Gonfaloniere Pietri won't have any problems, but I think is better if you wait for Minister Marghêri to come back from Bourgogne, after that we will wait news from you government. So that's all?"

 

[Dalriada]

"Another thing I have the authority to say this if the assembly or this country is destabilise you have permission to send in your armed forces to bring stability and support the assembly, Goodnight" he then suddenly hangs up the phone.

 

[Furlanìe]

He looks at the telephone, astonished and thinks -that's really unlikely, pal- he hangs the reciver and finishes his coffee before allerting Pietri.
