The People's Republic of Vangala strongly and sincerely believes negotiations over the transfer of Bombaim from Anglyn to Khalistan should begin immediately, to prevent the hypocritcal Engellex and her puppet Cantigny from realising their aim of a PASILA hegemony over Toyou and Oceania. Extreme caution is advised when dealing with memberstates of the PASILA Accord, who are act only selfishly to exploit the resources of vulnerable nations and install regimes sympathetic to their destabilising, expansionist ideology.

I am confident you are aware of the risks to the security and interests of both our nations if Cantigny and Engellex are able to continue pursuing their agenda because of the outdated, imperialistic attitudes of Anglyn.

Sir;

His Majesty's Government shares and appreciates Vangala's concern over Cantigny's attempt at expanding its sphere of influence in that region. One of the major reasons why the Kingdom of Franken defends her ally Anglyn so vigorously is Cantigny's assault on the principles of stability and national sovereignty. There's no sound reason why Cantigny knows better how to run a century-long Anglynan territory than Anglyn and the regional government. The only two external parties that have a legitimate stake in Bombaim are Khalistan and Anglyn.

Should Khalistan and Anglyn indicate their willingness to sit down and talk about Bombaim's future, the Kingdom of Franken will act as an honest broker. We will discuss this question with Anglyn separately.
