If you would like to establish an embassy in Central Centralia, you just have to agree to the following terms:

2) Central Centralia will provide security for your embassy; however, you may request to provide your own security or work in correlation with our security officers. All embassies that remain under the responsibility of Centralian security will be monitored 24/7, which includes the homes of ambassadors.
3) Central Centralia permits ambassadors and other workers at a nation's embassy to travel throughout the country. Central Centralian security officers will make sure all foreign diplomatic workers and their families stay safe in our country. Unless requested otherwise, travel by ambassadors and other foreign diplomatic workers will be secured by Central Centralian security.
4) If a crime is committed by a diplomatic worker in Central Centralia, depending on the severity of the crime, the Central Centralian Court and its Foreign Justice division will decide on whether or not to have a trial held in Central Centralia or the diplomatic worker's home country. However, major offenses taken against Central Centralian citizens and/or residents will result in the trial being held in a Central Centralian court.
5) Central Centralia is a neutral, pacifist country without any armed forces. Any foreign country that threatens to invade Central Centralia will result in the closure of the nation's embassy and the transport of the personnel and belongings of the respective country. Central Centralia will provide for all removal processes unless requested. Once the embassy is officially closed down, the embassy building becomes Central Centralian property. All diplomatic workers are allowed to keep their own property in Central Centralia, such as a residence of an ambassador; however, the diplomatic worker will no long be able to enter the country in diplomatic status and therefore will have to enter Central Centralia as a common visitor.
6) All ambassadors and diplomatic workers are eligible for citizenship for Central Centralia within two years of their official residence in our country. However, any conflict that removes a country's embassy from Central Centralia will result in the removal of citizenship from the diplomatic workers of the respective country.
7) A country may decide to build their embassy on any land in the country that is available for sale. The nation seeking to build an embassy will split the building costs in half between that country and Central Centralia.
8) All diplomatic workers are always permitted to express their own customs and religions, granted that these practices do not endanger any citizens, residents, or other foreign visitors in our country.
8) Any special requests are accepted; however, given the freedom diplomatic workers always have in our country, there is not many 'special requests' that have to be made.
9) Remember that any and all nations are accepted regardless of political, religious, social, or economic differences.
