I am deeply saddened to be forced by circumstances to have to fulfill my humble duty when such a circumstance could have been easily avoided. A blind political will and a continued provocative lack of diplomatic transparency on the part of the DDI can no longer be ignored.

Taking into consideration that, the requests of the Federation of Westernesse to the Gutarike authorities dated Jul 30 2023, were outrageous and well beyond the limits imposed by the resolution Resolution 9/2023 of the European Forum and therefore in violation of the same.

Observed the lack of response from the Federation authorities to our formal warning of proportional action and within the limits of international law, ensured the presence of their government within the Security Council of which they are full members.

Ascertained that the Vall's Accords are defensive in nature and not offensive, therefore we believe that there is no legal requirement for such an agreement to be activated in the current circumstances.

Therefore, in full awareness of what such a request may represent in your eyes, we invite you to oppose it and not to take sides in this conflict to date, because we believe that there can be no justice or right if our actions are not linked to the same rule that we ask others to respect. We cannot demand that others respect rules that we are free to violate because we are simply stronger.

Regardless of your responses, our commitment to this alliance will not be undermined and remain strong.

I understand the train of thought of the honourable colleague from Tianlong. However, we must not only be principal, but also realistic. Should the situation occur that the DDI winning the war is better to us than the DDI being defeated, we may have no other choice than to step in.

I have now been informed that cargo ships transformed into covert weapons by Angliarique, have attacked the fleet stationed in Bonaventure Bay. The situation of the fleet seems critical and the President himself has announced a televised speech tomorrow. We request immediate assistance from the Rheibund navy.
I have been asked to inform you that the Tianlong Republic formally requests the activation of Art 5 of the CETO statute. Angliarique is a threat to our existence as free and democratic nations.

My government believes that the parties here have failed in their obligations. Therefore it was decided to withdraw from this organization and its unilateral obligations. We will respect our trade obligations with individual countries. May God support you in the turbulent times ahead.
