GOVERNMENT OF SERENIERRE
COMMISSARIAT FOR EXTERNAL RELATIONS

PRIVATE LETTER

2. Mars. 1957

To,
The Foreign Minister of Kadikistan

Dear Sir,
T
he People's Republic writes to its dear friends in Ivar to inform them of our concerns regarding the advances of fascistic and prometheistic forces in the State of Borovanger. The fact that the country is in our immediate vicinity, there is great consternation at the scale of the defeat that the Red League and other communist supported factions have suffered at the expense of the anti-revolutionary forces. The situation has been further aggravated by the involvement of many foreign powers in this country's civil war, tipping the balance decidedly against the interests of Serenierre - and thus also to an extent of that of Kadikistan.

We believe an immediate plan must be drawn up for any contingency regarding this situation. Forceful action by the People's Republic would be dangerous, given the already delicate situation between Serenierre and Bourgogne, thus a careful evaluation shall be needed before Villesen can be public about many of the matters that we seek to discuss with you.

SECRET COMMUNIQUÉ
FROM: Commissariat for External Affairs, Col. D. Leninov
TO: Commissar for External Relations, C.R. Bertrand
REGARDING: Borovanger Revolution

Esteemed Comrades,

We have received your communication well and wish to express our gratitude towards our friends in Villesen for their transparency concerning the Revolution in Borovanger. We applaud that the People's Government of Serenierre has chosen to join us in our support for the Red League which is waging a courageous struggle to free the Gallian nation from the shackles of capitalist oppression. We do wish to address our concerns regarding the ideological investment your government has announced to further the influence of Marxist-Serazinism over the Red League and its organizations. Ever since its creation the Red League has been within the fold of the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist, the latter along with the Kadikistani State investing many resources in Borovanger for several months now. Loyal to the bilateral agreements between our two fine nations we will not fight over dominance and have no trouble with allowing Serenierre to play a larger role in the conflict, but we do hope for reassurances that the Marxist-Leninovists will maintain their current influence over the Red League. This will allow us to increase our focus on the conflicts in Milesia and Cumbria without abandoning those who fought for our common ideology for so long.

Sincerely your Friend,
_X_

GOVERNMENT OF SERENIERRE
COMMISSARIAT FOR EXTERNAL RELATIONS

PRIVATE LETTER

3. Mars. 1957

To,
The Foreign Minister of @

Dear Sir,
T
he concerns that you make us aware of shall be kept in mind when drafting official policy. However, there is a clear indication that there is a need for there to be a diplomatic meeting of some sort at the highest levels of diplomacy for our two countries, to settle any issues that may have arisen by this dramatic decision by the People's Republic.

We need to remember that in times such as this, we must not be divided, the agents of the Leninovist branch of Marxism shall not be treated harshly by our volunteers. We shall welcome them as brothers in arms. For Villesen, our concern is to ensure that no fascist nor imperial force is in charge in Borovanger.

C.R. Bertrand
Commissar for External Relations
