Noting Ivar's posturing towards Amstov, the Touzen Anti-State recognizes the potentially destabilizing influence that current events in Crotobaltislavonia could have on the status quo in Germania. The Anti-State is particularly concerned about Ivar's attempts to utilize the proceedings in the region in a manner that could serve as a justification to force a fait accompli upon the region that would permanently alter regional relationship in a manner considered detrimental to the interests of Touzen and the other non-state entities joined together in the Touyou Labor Union.

As such, I wish to communicate the TRK-KRR's preparedness to step up exports to Trivodnia through third-party ports should Kadikistan opt to impose economic sanctions upon the Free State due to its intentions to guard itself against encirclement by Leninovist-statist forces. Touzen is also prepared to engage in the situation in more energetic ways should developments necessitate it.

TO: Gurak Lyam, Plenipotentiary Officer of Revolutionary Defense and State Relations, Touyou Labor Union -Combinist Workers Association (TRK-KRR)
FROM: Meier Lauterpacht, President of the Free State of Trivodnia

Subject: Kadikistani embargo

Plenipotentiary officer,

Many thanks for your message of solidarity and support.

Currently Ivar has not yet decided to pursue economic sanctions against Trivodnia as part of its quest for dominance over Crotobaltislavonia, although we fear it may only be a matter of time. As such, we will start speaking with third parties to arrange the additional logistics capacity needed to reroute the goods we will require (a full list will be sent by an official from the Ministry of Trade and Industry).

Separately, despite the huge gulf between our polities - ideologically and geographically - there is a clear scope for closer cooperation given the shared interest in containing Kadikistani expansionism. We can coordinate more fully once normal democratic governance is restored in Trivodnia.

SIGNED

on behalf of

President Meier Lauterpacht
