I will begin by congratulating your government on the successful resolution of the Free Cities crisis, we eagerly anticipate the continued consolidation of the Bogan social-nationalist economy.

However I must inquire as to whether or not the Bogan government still intends to hold a referendum on the future of the Free Cities League, as was promised by the Peoples Council. While we shed no tears for the capitalist wreckers, it is of the highest importance to us that a clear democratic mandate be obtained on the future political status of the League within the Bogan nation. The masses are the victims of capitalism, but they are also its spine. Without their support there can be no victory in our struggle.

The Revolutionary Republic is prepared naturally to provide observers for any referendum, as we have no doubt hostile capitalist powers will attempt to throw into doubt any result which is contradictory to their hegemonic agenda.

The referendums will be held in each individual city and the following question will be asked: 'Do you want your city to reintegrate within the People's State of Boganhem and accept its Social-Nationalist economy or society or do you want to be a part of an independent League?'. We would be glad if Kyivan observers could oversee the elections in order to reassure the international community that all that we shall do with the League is in good faith.

Thankful for the support,

For the whole Folksrad,
Erik Strakman, President
