TELEFAX SECURE LINE FROM RIGUSTAD
FOR EYES OF THE FIRST SECRETARY
FROM: PREMIER DIETHELM JAROSLAVAS
FOR: FIRST SECRETARY SERGEJ MORAVSCIK
SUBJECT LINE: CONCERNS ABOUT CONTINENTAL AFFAIRS
Secretary Moravscik,
We have noted that with the collapse of the Trier Concord, a significantly large power vacuum has formed within the sphere of Gallo-Germania which is potentially dangerous for the stability of the continent. However, it can also be used to the benefit of the North. We have made contact with the Aurarian Republic in attempts to arrange deals which might exploit the deepening divide between monarchist parties and republican parties.
Although we are not considerably worried about threats from the far south, we are willing to offer any assistance with potential threats that may arise from the Hamar Sea. If you so require naval forces as assistance, we would send our submarines at once. We doubt the validity of a threat to your southern flank (especially from somewhere as distant as Brecosta or Justosia), but presenting a strong fence is a must.
In addition, we are generally concerned about your neighbor Ostmark. As of recent, they have made many positive overtures towards Eiffeland and Elben.
Do not hesitate to contact us if anything mentioned in this letter is counter to the principles of your foreign policy. We are ready to adjust in favor of a policy which would align with your national objectives.
Your northern brothers,
Diethelm Jaroslavas - Premier of the Council of Cooperatives
