The world is reaching a crisis point and never before has the path of righteousness and truth faced such adversity as we face today. True Civilisation as we know it is under serious threat from the forces of Communism, Post-Delegationism & Republicanism. Around us, these forces of evil stand steadily gaining ground in places as diverse as Yujin & Himyar & Zulia-Santader, must we remain silent as the world loses itself to the forces of such evil or should we act? In our opinion the decision is pure and simple: We must act. ​ Today, we see the horrors plaguing the ancient nation of Yujin, caught as it is between the horrors of Post-Delegationism & Communism, both killing many innocents and destroying the lives of many millions more. Can we sit idly by as nation after nation is being carved out by the leftist barbarians? Can we allow Carentania, the overlord of this Red Empire, a free hand to expand its empire? Can we allow foreign armies to invade and take over entire nations in far flung regions? Can we accept activities of sabotage and espionage in our countries by these evil forces? No, we can not. No, we must not. And to so, we suggest that all countries which believe in the principles of truth and righteousness, must for their own betterment band together in an alliance to cooperate militarily, politically and economically. Furthermore, by pursuing a policy which protects our mutual national security and our common strategic interests, we will solidify the standing of our ideology on the global stage and ensure that robust opposition can be made to the forces of such evil that are sweeping the world over. It is with this in mind that, His Majesty The Emperor and His Excellency Chancellor Suleymani offer to invite the heads of state and government to Shahdara for a summit, where the discussions amongst our nations shall be of paramount importance for the future of the world. Now is the time to look past petty differences and to band together in a formal alliance to oppose the RDTO and other such forces of evil and barbarism, to create a world for the children of tomorrow that can truly be a bastion of liberty and not the world of terror and anarchy that is being created by our enemies. would like to respectfully decline the invitation bestowed upon it by the Empire of Sikandara. The High Kingdom of Ivernia finds some of the other members you have invited to this concordat are considered by Ivernia to be undesirable to form a military alliance with. As dangerous as the red terror is, and Ivernia is fully aware of the threat it can pose, it is not in the interest of this High Kingdom to simply ally with dictatorships. The enemy of Ivernia's enemy does not make it our friend.

However, Ivernia does hope Sikandara finds the meeting to be a fruitful one, and that Sikandara can defend her lands against the Serious Threats it faces. Even though Ivernia is confused with the statement of Republicanism being considered a ''Serious Threat.''

I speak for the whole of the Mezhist Union and civilised Sarmatia when I say this: We are in full agreement with your recognition that the Communist and Post-Delegationist threats are a global problem that cannot be solved through one single nation's actions. While both we in Sarmatia and Sikandara have served as a steady bulwark against the red tide, we can only do so much to shield the world itself.

The time has come to look past national concerns regarding the matter and tackle the big picture. It is not enough that our nations be safeguarded from the perils of these evils. We must extend our reach, our helping hands, to other nations fighting the good fight, to band together as a united front of impenetrable lorica segmentata and scutum for the world, especially for nations who cannot defend themselves against this menace, and for nations who, worse, cannot recognise the danger posed by the red movement.

We fully support the Concordat for True Civilisation.

The Saami government recognized the threat posed by the twin ideologies of Post-Delegationism and Communism, and reaffirms its commitment towards cooperation with the Sikandari government on these matters. Unfortunately President Ooli and most members of his Cabinet will be unavailable to attend such a conference. In his stead, a delegation of lesser diplomats led by Gealbu Akkali, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' senior Adviser for Oriental Affairs will travel to Sikandara to attend this conference, as a gesture of solidarity with our Sikandari friends. However, while a Saami delegation will be in attendance, the wide-ranging topics of discussion proposed by the Sikandari government are largely outside the realm of current Saami strategic and foreign policy concerns. As such, the Saami diplomats in attendance will serve only as a non-voting observers, to facilitate dialogue one individual issues more relevant to the Saami government and people.

The alertness that the Sikandaran Empire has adopted in view of the growing bolshevist-plutocratic threats to the continuity of civilized European governments and cultures - including, but not limited to, those adhering to national-democratic concepts such as Fennia and traditional monarchic systems such as Danmark and Sikandara - is most commendable in view of the Fennian people and our national government.

Tentatively, I will accept this proposition of conducting such a meeting in Shahdara in the event that needed support is garnered from other invitees. Alas, the uncertainty of the situation in our Northern border and other pressing political issues will mean that I will be unable to attend in person, but Foreign Minister Kauko Vannas shall act as my fully powered representative.

May I first take the opportunity to personally thank you for your communique which I believe has been similarly disposed for the viewing of several foreign ministries. May I also communicate my apologies for not responding quicker to your letter. It transpires that this letter was not received into my care until this morning due to an apparent woefulness in the mail system for which I am personally to investigate, with possible dismissals of those culpable for such carelessness and lack of attention to duty. I hope you can forgive this incident for which I take full responsibility.

Regarding the details of your correspondence, there are areas of key interest which are worth detailed consideration and discussion and for this, it is essential that we attend these talks with my equal counterparts from other nations and yourself.

I am not so sure, at this stage, that I would prefer the use of the term 'true civilisation' but I am persuaded to think that the ideological systems of republicanism and communism, in particular, are not monolithic edifices of granite but that there may be more subtlety within them. Plastered as merely 'communist' or 'republican' does not do the specifics of the nations under these systems adequate justice and I take each nation on a case by case basis. In certainty though, and this is perhaps what your driving point is, the more frenzied, blind and even demented peddlars of radical variants are a cause for concern. It seems that for too long, the propaganda shovelled down the gullets of nations leads some nations of less concrete values, or ones craving their own spot in the sunlight, to have second thoughts and flap in a dither and even half-believe what is laid out to them, simultaneously cutting their cloths to the prevailing winds. Not one for this country. We have never sought the popularity stakes or to re-engineer policy to be this month's flavour. We do what is right and proper for the time based on over-arching values. At the end, the truth will out.

I am not sure, at this stage, whether the Empire will join a formal alliance but the issue is an open one to be decided with time and, hopefully, after the meeting.
