In this declaration the Two Kingdoms have declared not only the definition of the expectations of the neutral state, but the intention of the Two Kingdoms to maintain such status. Our Scanian Union finds great strength in our ability to remain out of and away from entangling alliances and champions a cause for which all may observe as righteous in its own manner. A nation and people which will not inhibit the domestic developments of other states. We advance concepts of free trade between nations regardless of creed, color, or association.

As addressed to all nations that maintain a crown, the Scanian peoples felt it their mandate to give the Justosian people a proper response, and thank your people for the kind invition. Despite our humble reception, we must leave you with what you must consider disappointing news. The Two Kingdoms of Jyskerige and Østveg must decline your offer of a Crown Alliance.
