Declaration of Raasiku
In the name of the people of Saaremaa, we, the general staff of the White Army decided to free the people from the oppression of the political parties. We condemn the continuous politicization of the state. We condemn the fact that one can’t travel safely from one part of Kuressaare to another without being molested by political partisans. We will do anything that we can to save our people from the politicians.
The world evolved. We went through tribal stages, through feudalism, through capitalism and now, we must choose. We can continue on the rotten road of capitalism and slowly see the people dehumanized by greed, we can choose or we can choose communism or fascism. None of those are good for humankind. Communism would destroy our discipline, if we let it to take power. Fascists will destroy our culture if we let them do the same. From Touzen, we have heard that there is a fourth way, Post-Delegationism, which is just an institutionalized anarchy, which will destroy the state itself, thus being the worst of all.
But we found that there is also a fifth way. A way that can make Saaremaa stronger than ever, a way that can keep and develop our discipline even more, a way that can develop our traditions and culture and keep the state stronger than ever. That is the way of the Stratocracy.
Contrary to what every one of our enemies will say, the Stratocracy is no dictatorship. The Stratocracy offers freedom and honour. This system will keep the citizens free and the state powerful. The most similar system to the stratocracy is the meritocracy. Our state will be developed in a record rate, because in the Stratocracy the corrupt politicians exist no more. The Stratocracy will create an apolitical party, in which greedy politicians will never manipulate the people for votes. Never will the people hear palavers anymore. It is the movement of our national salvation. A freeing ideology that will help us live better lives because we will always know that the men who lead us will always be there for the people, not for themselves.
The days of the monarchy have passed. No more can Queen Eha try to create an absolute monarchy like she did in the first months after she was crowned. Never again will inexperienced and spoilt youngsters lead our nation because they were born in a certain family. The days of court intrigues have passed a long time ago and sadly we fell behind in the political evolution of the states. We have seen great states like the Mezhist Union, like the Fennian Union rise from similar revolutions like ours. The time has finally come for us to be strong like we used to, to be feared by our enemies and to join the ranks of modern nations by moving away from the corrupt monarchic government.
We will liberate the people from the populism of the National Salvation League. We have seen that even if this party has good intentions for the state, not the same can be said for its people, as they called for the amnesty of Prince Ott Andrus, a criminal. It is clear that this party wants to bring us back in the feudal age when disgruntled princes rose in rebellion against the king and the people were the ones who suffered the most. They want to create a second Boganhem in the north, by escalating the war between Queen Eha and Prince Ott Andrus. We cannot accept that.
The alliance created by the Democratic Liberals and the Worker’s Party is a threat to the state. All they do is feeding lies to the people that life can get better under socialism. We have seen in Kyiv, Carentania, Havenshire and Vangala. Socialism is an anarchist utopia. They support social policies for the people, a thing that we commend, but we must condemn the anarchistic values taught by the Worker’s Party, as they preach the destruction of the state and with that our cultural identity. We must avoid the situations in which the ideological culture replaces the national culture, a thing we have seen in Kyiv and Carentania. We cannot accept the destruction of the Saaremaan identity.
The state is sacred. It is like a body, with the population like its cells. What can happen to our bodies when cells stop doing their designated duty, can happen to the state if ideas like anarchism spread. We must see the state as one of the most sacred things that were given to us by God. For that we must defend it with everything we have and in the end, if needed we must sacrifice ourselves for the state.
For that we call the army to support us. We call the people to support us to save ourselves from the yoke of corrupt political parties that would sell us as slaves for some votes and call everyone to revolt against the corrupt monarchy that sees us, the people as their little dolls.
