President Serra greeted his colleague warmly. The Bangalan nation had been a source of worries for Brazulian investors in the past and the president had come to Bassakusu to adress these concerns and try to get the Bangalans on course again. What he desired was a safe and stable environment to allow Brazulian companies to exploit the riches of the Himyari continent - which was mostly divided into numerous colonies held by competitors of Brazul and thus out of reach for the Brazulians.

"I am glad I could make this trip. There is much we have to adress to return to amicable relations between our two countries.

The Brazulian public expects me to be frank and voice openly our concerns and criticisms - and this is what I will do. The treatment of the Cross Bank, the seizure of its assets and the sale of this company to the Saareman Keskpank have shaken Brazulian faith into Bangala. Both the speed of the foreclosure and the lack of a proper investigation and the lack of a court verdict in a free and fair trial have left a stain on your country. It is of the utmost importance that the rule of law is maintained and that private property remains a right secure from such government interference; only then Bangala will be able to attract Brazulian investments and become a respected trade partnership.

I believe, however, that the uncovering of the Saareman plot to colonize your country and the political crisis following this have been enough of a lesson to you. Let me assure you that Brazul is desiring an independent Bangala. On a continent divided into imperial spheres of influence such as Himyar, an independent nation like Bangala is invaluable. Brazul will do whatever is in her power to ensure that Bangala remains a free and independent country."

The Council of the King (Parliament) had been divided since the Old Saaremaan Dictatorship Scheme and Protector of the Realm sees the Brazullian Republic as a possible ally in these times.
He invited the Protector of Economy, because he knew that the kingdom was source of worries for investors and he wants to change this immediately.

Protector: Exactly Mr. President, we have much to discuss! But tell me about, how is going Brazul?
