The Matoury DMA is an association set up to allow for the exchanging of diplomatic missions between Matoury and foreign nations. All nations who wish to send a Diplomatic mission the Republic of Matoury must apply here through the DMA. The application will be accepted, except in cases where Matoury has conflicting issues and interests with the applicant.

The Republic of Bantyr is interested in sending a diplomatic mission to Matoury and if possible funding a diplomatic mission for Matourian representatives to visit the Republic of Bantyr. We understand by your nation's last cable that your government may not be so approving of our government's policies at home and abroad, however we believe that we may be able to learn something from each other and perhaps become good partners in the future. We hope that your government accepts this application and sees some advantage in allowing us to show a side that our news organizations hardly ever do.

His Majesty's government is very much interested in normalizing diplomatic relations with the Republic of Matoury and therefore applies to the DMA to establish such a mission. In return it is hoped that the Republic will send its own diplomatic mission to Valmy.
