The Right Honourable The Secretary of State has received the Command of Her Engellexic Majesty The Queen to make known the following gracious Statement of Her Engellexic Majesty to the Princes, the Chiefs and the People of the United States of Greater Serbovia.
Extension of The Queen's Statement in Council.
TO THE PRINCES AND CHIEFS OF THE UNITED STATES OF GREATER SERBOVIA
It is to be expressed, upon instruction of Her Engellexic Majesty;
Although the re-establishment of security and civility in Sutherland-Humberside in which the Government remains engaged with, brought on by historical conflict, our attention has not been withdrawn from the state of things in Europe as a whole, and, in conjunction with His Grace, the Secretary of State of War the 12th Duke of Rothermere, I have concluded with Her Engellexic Majesty from her patronage of a treaty, that we invite you to negotiate, containing defensive engagements applicable to our dominions, and tending to the preservation of the balance of power in Europe.
The Union of Great Engellex would be most interested in framing any treaty by concluding a treaty of friendship and commerce with the United States of Greater Serbovia. I have given directions that these treaties shall be laid before you for consideration by His Excellency of the Engellexic diplomatic mission in Karelingrad.
