A foreign observer would most likely be surprised by stubborness, the pride and the committment of this little country and its roughly six million inhabitants who so far have categorically refused to take part to international politics. Diplomatic contacts between Ostmark and third parties have been extremely rare and scattered in the past months, with the only exception being the Kingdom of Elben, and a brief exchange of diplomatic communiques with the bordering Kingdom of Eiffelland-Retalia. But Ostmark's rethoric has never been one of resentment or hatred for the west. Instead, Ostmark politely asked to be ignored by the rest of Europe.

The reality hiding behind the ideological iron curtain imposed by National-Syndicalist propaganda, is that Ostmark's fear of the outside world, and foreigners in general, has not eased itself. Horst Grasser's doctrine imposes isolation as a first line of defense against foreign interferences, a policy that has given its results, but gave birth to many other issues which the Congress needs to address in the upcoming days. The psychological aspect of Ostmarkische Nationalsyndikalismus would pose a serious challenge for the most prepared and respected psychologists of Gallia and Germania. How can such a peaceful, anonymous nation become so extremist over politics and society? How did a country like Ostmark become a hermit state, entrenched behind hundreds of kilometers of barbed wire, guard towers, concrete walls and permanently closed heavily guarded checkpoints?

On the occasion of the First Congress of the National-Syndicalist People's Party of the Working Classes, the People's Assembly is crammed with hundreds of deputies, representatives of the youth organizations, of the People's Defense, the People's Police, the People's Labour Service aswell as known members of the intelligentsia. It is the first time since its establishment that the National-Syndikalistische Volkspartei der Arbeiterklasse is gathered in the Volksrat to discuss subjects ranging from doctrine to economy, from society to culture and up to foreign policy and trade. Volkskanzler Horst Grasser is expected to open the plenary session of the congress with a speech to list the achievements of the revolution since the October national elections and reveal his near and long term plans for the future of the People's Republic of Ostmark.

When during the Days of Sorrow a handful of comrades and disheatened workers gathered for the first time in the dining hall of the production facility of Ostmarkische Motoren Werke, the majority of the representatives of the now defunct liberal political parties, the so-called social-democrats, the guard dogs and slaves of the globalist capitalist elites, were quick at dismissing us as an "empty movement" of utopistic, populist and infeasible extremists. They were laughing, when i stood up a wooden crate infront of this building and warned them of the consequences of their actions.

They are not laughing anymore! ​

Today we are the guiding force of the National Revolution that restored social justice, equality and proletarian solidarity in a country where the industrial elites and the enslaved liberal political parties created nothing but poverty, unemployment and misery on a massive scale. We must never forget that we are here in this People's Assembly as guardians of the proletarian working classes of Ostmark, as champions of the just and noble ideals we are humbly representing and putting forward in this assembly today, for you, like me, were elected by the people to put an end to our misery!

Dear Comrades!

When we stepped in office to save this nation from the abyss of poverty and famine, unemployment was estimated at 32%. Suicides, malnourishment, poverty, prostitution, gambling, drug addictions. This is what we faced when we took over a nation in ruin, but we successfully transformed it into a diamond of social justice and proletarian equality and solidarity! Thanks to the establishment of the People's Labour Service, the expansion of the People's Defense and the collectivization of natural resources, farming, heavy industry and welfare, i announce here today that tens of thousands of fellow kameraden have been provided a job, a salary and a home, thus contributing to the moral and material progress of the People's Republic of Ostmark. None shall freeze, none shall starve!

Dear members of the Volksrat,
Kameraden,

I would like to start my address by listing the achievements of the last months, but also enlight the criticalities which need to be reviewed by this Assembly to further enhance our efforts in the struggle against poverty and inequality. As Kamerad Grasser rightfully noted, tens of thousands of jobs have been created. As a result, we have positive data from our surveys on internal demand, with the housing sector, and by reflex home furnishings manufacturing, registering an astonishing growth. The recent release of a new car model, the OMW-19, specifically conceived for the working classes, is expected to boost the revenue of our car industry. According to OMW data, over 110.000 preorders have been received by local car dealerships. As a result, the production of steel and electronic components has also registered a peak of demand.

Food production is at optimal levels, but more funds and efforts are necessary to fully exploit Ostmark's arable land with the construction of new collective farms, and food processing facilities aswell as the improvement of the road network and logistics. We are confident that the People's Labour Service, created to performs such tasks, will enlist over four thousands workers by the end of January and initiate the construction of said facilities in the first week of February. Concerning the distribution of food, we must enhance the importance of the Volksgemeinschaft Principle, the People's Community, and exort all workers and comrades to donate part of their groceries to their local chapter of the National-Syndikalistische Volkspartei, and contribute to the war on poverty and malnourishment. We don't ask too much. A loaf of bread, a bottle of milk, a tin of canned food, can make a difference and be sufficient to provide a fellow kamerad a decent high protein meal. We must never forget our sacred mission: none shall freeze, none shall starve.

The efforts of the Partei to reach individuals who verge in conditions of extreme social isolation are being intsensified on a daily basis, but such phenomena, which are to be strictly regarded as a sad heritage of the tyrannical capitalist rule which preceded our glorious workers' revolution, are still causing incommensurable suffering and despair in the outskirts of our cities and in some rural areas. This, my fellow kameraden, is not acceptable. I exort the Volksrat of the People's Republic to approve a new symbolic tax on fuel, 0,5% to 1%, to further empower the charity organizations of the National-Syndicalist People's Party and collect the necessary funds to provide medicines for the sick, blankets for the freezing, and food for the hungry.

Each worker, including the members of this assembly, must contribute to the moral and material progress of our society. We will not leave anyone behind. This, my fellow kameraden, is the difference between us, and the criminals who preceeded the wise rule of of People's Chancellor Horst Grasser. We believe in a system based on proletarian solidarity and equality, and we will defend this system as far as humanely possible!

Kameraden!

As a founding member of the National-Syndicalist People's Party, of which i proudly own membership number two, i think it is necessary to remind everyone in this room the early days of struggle and sorrow during which Kamerad Grasser, myself and Vizekanzler Bohmer set forth our ideals and led a small and insignificant movement to the victory represented by our national revolution. When I, Horst and Ludwig met in the dining hall of Ostmarkische Motoren Werke, all of us were bearing the marks of malnourishment, poverty, despair, sorrow, frustration and anger. Many of our colleagues were quick to dismiss us as a bunch of populists, as utopistic bufoons. "There is no alternative" they said. But our committment, our strenght, our genuine desire to free the people of Ostmark from the chains of their misery and capitalistic exploitation, fathered the greatest and noblest idea ever conceived by human mind: Ostmarkische Nationalsyndikalismus.

Comrades! Today there is an alternative! The rise of National-Syndicalism is the protest of an oppressed people against a systeem that denies the right to work. If the machinery for distribution in the present economic system of the world is incapable of properly distributing the productive wealth of nations, then that system is false and must be altered. The important part of the present development in Ostmark is the anti-capitalist sentiment that is permeating our people!

The Capitalist system with its exploitation of those who are economically weak, with its robbery of the workers labour power, with its unethical way of appraising human beings by the number of things and the amount of money he possesses, instead of by their internal value and their achievements, must be replaced by a new and just economic system, in a word by Grasserism. We National-Syndicalists want the economic revolution involving the nationalization of the economy. We want in place of an exploitative capitalist economic system a real socialism, maintained not by a soulless materialist outlook but by the believing, sacrificial, and unselfish old Ostmarkian community sentiment, community purpose and economic feeling. We want the social revolution in order to bring about the national revolution!

Our anger and our hatred for the capitalist hyenas will provide unlimited fuel for the Ostmarkian National Revolution for the decades, for the centuries to come! The globalist elites of Europe shall tremble at the sound of the trumpets that announced the victory of the working classes of Ostmark in the face of threats, oppression and humiliation! NO! THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF OSTMARK WILL NEVER CAPITULATE! THE PEOPLE OF OSTMARK WILL NEVER BE EXPLOITED AGAIN!
