The Empire of Tarusa finds the aggressive and bitterness of the Hanseatic States as a disheartening moment in these tense times. The Hanseatic States words show that while the Emperor has changed and the government has changed, that its aggressive and hostile views of the Empire and its associates has not been reduced. Yes, the Empire under a common united front during its civil war did in-fact launch an invasion against the Hanseatic States, the view of the Germanic states however is quite twisted. If it had not been for the combined Hansa, Federation, and Communal Order assault against the Gutarike state and the Communal Orders assault on the Serault Isthmus, the Empire would have not have found itself in a united front nor the Hanseatic States been invaded in a show of solidarity and to end the assault on the Kingdom of Csengia by western powers once more.

The Empire under Ivan could have carried out far greater destruction, it could well have wiped the Hanseatic League from the maps replacing them with various Germanic Kingdoms and banishing it to the history books, and he surely would have put the Post-Delegationist leadership to death. The leadership of the Hansa need to look to squash their rhetoric and behaviors before it continues to raise the tensions on the continent once more. The nations of the world are rallying behind the Empire as it stands to reform the world for the better, it appears unfortunately that plans that had been designed from the time of the Gothic Pact and the alliance will have to continue to be shelved as cooperation with the various Hanseatic politicians and political elite will continue on their ill crusade against the Empire and our Emperor Konstantin. These plans would have envisioned a continental pipeline for crude oil and natural gas from the fields of the Empire to the Meridian coast, providing a cheaper and reliable source of fuels for the nations of the continent over the alternative of shipping such products which increases times and costs.

The Federation not wanting to risk the tense peace between our peoples must still take umbrage with the characterization of the events that lead up to war between our nations. Remember that it was Tarusan encouragement of piracy under Ivan that led to the nations of the Commune, the Hanseaten and our own to release the grip these pirates had over the Gothic, once again, pirates supported by Ivan. Now it seems that events may be repeating themselves and though we have no hard evidence to support it, it does not take a genius to realize that Angliarique had help in pulling off it's sneak attack and since Angliarique has no friends to speak of outside of yourself, we must surmise that it was Tarusan guidance and material assistance that led them to converting civilian ships into weapons of war. Make whatever excuse for it that you must, the Federation is no friend to Tianlong, but we agree with them when they characterize this use of civilian ships as weapons as a form of terrorism or perhaps piracy.

If the Hanseaten questioning the wisdom of the worlds nations is enough to raise the ire of Tarusans then we must make this reminder, we will defend our allies with all of our might, I pray that we never have to.

The recent unsupervised remarks from the Hanseatic leadership is evident of its characteristically deviant desire to impose upon the region of Gallo-Germania and perhaps the wider world, a state of republican conquest, when peaceful co-existence is the best and most necessary policy. The Empire of Angliarique cannot stand in silence when yet another nation faces such unjust animosity for carrying out justified and lawful reactions to the disastrous acts so perpetrated by the leadership of the @Hanseatic Republics.

The Empire of Angliarique as a victim too, of such unjust hatred, for commititng to a lawful and fair strategic military operation against the Republic of @Tianlong in the aftermath of the Tianese's atrocious attack against a museum fleet, is unable to refrain from sympathising with the Empire of @Tarusa and His Majesty Emperor Konstantin in times such as these.

The Angliarique Permanent Government stands with Kremlyov, affirming support for the Empire of Tarusa in this developing situation. God Willing, the Angliarique people join the world in prayer for everlasting peace.

The United Kingdom of Ebria, Nuoria and Hamrun takes its role as a legalistic and respectable nation on the international stage seriously and thus is supportive of the continued or renewed existance of the European Forum, elements which can be seen from the precedent that we have set with the continued membership, followed by our will to reform the forum and now, today, our openness to participate in the new project.

It is our firm belief that the Forum is in the end the organisation in practice of the ideal that the nations of the world, respecting each other's sovereignty, self determination, freedom and interests can come together and work together to ensure that violent political conflicts are not something the future generations must fear. It is thus, in our worldview the perfect place for mediation of conflicts, for in the end, the pen is stronger than the first.

Thus, we wish to state it is thoroughly important for the voices of the nations to be heard, not only those seen or respected enough to be invited into an elite group of significant powers, but all, or at least all continents. Thus, as part of the rapprochement that comes with the building of this new organisations, we would like to request the government of Tarusa, remembering the support the Konstantinist cause had from us in the European forum before, that Toyou and Germania-Scania are given a voice too in the building of this new organisation and thus have Tianlong and the Hanseatic Republics invited too for the conference in Ostmark.

The list of nations chosen was carefully crafted by the staff of my office for the best results to be possible on the re-introduction of an international organization to provide order, laws, and voices to those of the world, and not repeat the mistakes of the previous European Forum where mob rule ran rampant.

We know that the push for the Hanseatic Republics to be invited is by the Federation, as the Pelasgian people are not the first nor the last that have made this approach and from my offices own direct discussions with The Federation. It is the standing of Prime Minister Bakhmeteff, and Emperor Konstantin, that we must stand firm with the standing list of invitees and not cave into the demands of The Federation and its desire to try and transform the meeting into alliance politics and doom the future to the same fate as the European Forum.

The Communal Order and The Federation already give that alliance bloc a significant voice in the conference, adding the Hanseatics would give them plurality in voting as a bloc. The nations selected represent their respective regions and are viewed as wielding significant influence in the political arena of their region. This is why Tarusa itself is the only member of its alliance bloc to be participating in this conference, we do not need the brute force of our voting bloc to push forward an agenda, we look to have a true functional capable organization to represent all of the peoples of this world.

This is why an invitation to the Hanseatic cannot, and will not be extended. The smaller the meeting the easier it shall be to accomplish the goals we set forth. When the organization is founded, which founders will have no added benefits over those whom join later, the Hanseatic Republics will be free to join and have just as much capacity in the organization as Pelasgia or ourselves. This is why we are glad to see that Pelasgia no matter our answer still plans to participate and shares our dream.

We agree with your statements that it is imperative that all nations have a voice and are respected enough to have an equal voice. The Federation was chosen to represent the Westernesse and Occidentia and given its status as a world power, Thaumantica was chosen to represent the northern reaches and as the other voice of Occidentia, Ebria was chosen to represent the voices of Western Gallo-Germania and the Meridian, Pelasgia chosen to represent Himyar and the Eastern Meridian, with Ostmark while not being a great power has an influential power itself in its neutrality and relations with the world represents Germania from a viewpoint different from that of our own nation. We do not have relations with the Republic of Tianlong, nor cordial relationship as it is currently at war with our allied Anglians, so it was deemed the wisest decision to not potentially ruin the conference given the situation.

With our statement that we do agree all nations must be heard, no nations will be denied admittance into the organization when it is founded and there shall be no added benefit to the founding members besides the ability to say in the future that we established this, we desired to do better for our world. Too many voices make a room crowded and slow or even derail a process, which has no positive outcome. It is in the same interests that we cannot invite the Hanseatic Republics, for it would give a plurality to the alliance bloc led by The Federation in the discussions instead of a true diverse grouping of nations that can best come to agreements and solutions without playing with the ability to use brute power of voting as a bloc to mold the new organization to their own whims causing it to fail as fast as it begins. With this format, no nation wields a greater ability than another for voting on the charter and standards of operations amongst other regulations and framework as we all see fit coming from this. This is why Tarusa did not extend any invitations to our own allies, we do not need the extra voices nor votes as our initial proposed framework we believe has great potential with the help of those we invited.

The Ebrian nation did stand behind Konstantin during the trials of the civil war, and even when the conflict was brought by foreign powers to its. It is also why, under our proposal for the new international organization for the island of Frescania to fall once more under the umbrella of Ebrian protection and laws or even further.

A Tarusan long range reconnaissance aircraft has been shot down over the Southern Thaumantic. Military officials have informed me that the aircraft, callsign Viper 217, was carrying out a long range mission to test the endurance of the aircraft type for further long range patrols of the Thaumantic Sea and advanced training on the endurance of aircrews over the longer periods of times required for these long range patrols. The Ministry of Defense has also informed me that this is not the first incident, it is the first in which the unarmed reconnaissance plane was engaged and shot down over international waters, but the second such incident of our reconnaissance aircraft being aggressively pursued with malicious intent in international waters.

The Empire is still cast upon as being the evil man of the world. The Empire under my father has done no evil, we have done what was the right thing to do for Gall-Germania. We stepped in to save the Pannonian State, the sick man of Gallo-Germania, when the western world instigated an illegal no fly zone over and around the Pannonian state and they waged an unconventional followed by conventional war against the state leading to the formation of the Kingdom of Csengia & Pojazerna which gradually re-integrated the majority of the regions of former Pannonia back into the Dual-Kingdom.

The world, and the Empire suffered under the rule of my brother Ivan. When evidence had surfaced of his actions and its damage it was causing my home, I was left with no choice but to take matters into the hands of my advisors, my fathers advisors, and my own and end the tyranny. Some nations supported my cause, some nations supported my cause but their actions in hindsight must be questioned given how the events unfolded in the conflict between my brother and I. For once more, these nations struck. The Communal Order invaded my wifes Kingdom, the Central European Treaty Organization mined the waters off of Maghreb which we do not doubt led to the sinking of a merchant vessel in the Meridian Sea, and a combined Hanseatic, Federation, and Communal Order engaged in hostilities with the State of Gutarike. Two of those nations supported my efforts, but one must question their support when one of their own was invading Csengia across the Serault Canal, while all three were engaged with a faction of the former ScanLaw still protected under the Gothic Sea Pact.

Since the death of Ivan, and my reign has begun under the deal made to end the civil conflict, the Duma has been re-instated after it was disbanded under Ivan. The formation and election from two political parties has occurred as well as my appointment of the upper chambers and the formation of a cabinet under the Prime Minister. We have signed deals with our neighbors in the Republic of Ostmark to show a new policy towards our neighbors and those who are not hostile towards our nation, people, or interests. We have admitted a new member state to the Pressburg Pact to bring the Angliarique Empire into the military and economic alliance, we did this after coming once more to the defense of a small nation under pressure from a larger adversary from a foreign continent attempting to exert influence in Gallo-Germania. Soon a conference for the establishment of a replacement of the de-facto defunct European Forum will commence in Wien, with the most influential nations having been extended an invite by my government as we seek to re-establish order and the voices of every nation, not just the rule of the mob, into the political stage that was robbed of them in the European Forum.

What does the history lesson along with the political agenda of our leaders have to do with the incident that occurred over the Southern Thaumantic? Its precedence, it is to show that Tarusa is not, nor does it act with the intent of harm to the nations of the world. It is a reactionary force of what is right in this world. That my leadership, and those who serve under me in the government, are striving for a better tomorrow for the citizens of the Empire and of the global community. We are not the villains, Tarusa is not the Kikimora. We were acting within our rights in international waters for training and patrol purposes and potentially 11 men have lost their lives in yet another hostile action taken against The Empire.

11 men may have perished senselessly at the hands of the Communal Order, the same state that has continued to overtly carry espionage under the guise of protecting the Angliarique Empire from the Republic of Tianlong. That continues to violate the territorial airspace of the Anglians who have tolerated such given the state of affairs in the world and a desire to not spark a reason for them to suffer the same fate as the Csengians and the Gutes, and who have as of yet asked for our nations help in enforcing the integrity of their borders.

We demand answers to the downing of Viper 217, we demand answers to the continued violation of the territorial integrity of the Anglian people. Currently all offices of the government are in cooperation with each other as all options are currently on the table for a possible response.

We find it most unfortunate that this is the story that the Communal Order wishes to push as the narrative. Firstly to claim a gross negligence by the crew of Viper 217 to allow themselves to be compromised and have a mid-air collision with a small civilian aircraft, and secondly to simply push a story of falsehoods that can be easily disproven by the transmissions with Viper 217 over the course of its being engaged to its moments broadcasting it had been hit and was going down.

We are willing to allow the Communal Order a chance to save face over this blatant falsehood before releasing relevant information from Viper 217 received by the Maghrebian Air Command and Eiver Isles Air Station. Your nation has agreed to cease operations over the Anglian Empire, and I believe the message from our military about its ability to reach even the furthest reaches that the Commune may have believed was safe from any potential conflict have been received. It would be more of a scandal for the world to see your governments desire to push a false narrative, than it would be for your nation to lay the blame on rogue pilots who took their mission a bit too far against orders and decided a cover-up over risking escalations was the better choice before rescinding that decision and taking appropriate actions against them to tell the truth.

The Empire of Tarusa has largely remained silent on the affairs unfolding in the Kingdom of Ebria. With the announced death of King Emmaneul III, and the assassination of several leadership positions in the Kingdom has led to a succession crisis. The Empire of Tarusa supports the claimant of Alfonso, Duke of Calatrava, as the legitimate Heir to the throne and rightful King of Ebria.

Currently there are conflicting reports emerging from within the Kingdom of Ebria, with the 3rd army claiming that it was the communist and socialists that are responsible for the strikes that have carried out this radical assassination of Emmaneul III and others, while the left leaning government body is claiming that it was the military that has carried out the assassination. The crisis started with strikes in the north by unions and other leftists, followed by dissatisfaction with the government by elements of the army. These are the cold hard facts nobody can deny nor dispute.

It is of the opinion of the Emperor and his advisors that given the history of the republicans failed bids to remove the monarchy completely from Ebria, that this is none other than another attempt to remove the royal dynasty from power once and for all. The traditionalist Communion, also known as the Alfonsoists, control 44% of the seats in the Ebrian parliament while the ruling government is made up of a coalition government that together only controls 55% of the seats. This to us speaks volumes of support that the traditionalists compared to the other parties as they are the plurality and nearly have enough political sway to have the majority alone. Such an overwhelming amount of support from the population for a single party, this would not be a group of people that would need to stage an assassination to potentially change the course of Ebria for the future, but a party that has forced yet another strike across the Ebrian nation, this is a group that has everything to gain by implicating a rival group of an assassination and the biggest terrorists action in Ebrian history against a King that was loved by his people.

Some nations already scurry to arms to support the Kingdom of Ebria, nations such as Radilo, others already are most likely meeting and discussing their course of actions. Some will be claiming to support the rightful and legitimate government of the Kingdom of Ebria, well, the King is now Alfonso, while the elected government is led by President Gallego and her narrow majority coalition government.

The Empire of Tarusa currently is taking no stance upon this civil conflict beyond that which we recognize the legitimacy of Alfonso to the title as King of Ebria and Hamrun and call upon the elected officials to recognize his legitimacy as the rightful heir and now rightful ruler of the Kingdom. If the ruling coalition refuses, the Traditionalists and the citizens whom support the traditionalists must make their voices heard before the lie being fed continues to spread and the institutions of Ebrian culture are forever erased and eroded under an agenda that is godless.

The Empire will increase its patrols from its naval base in Sankt Viet into the Bonaventura Bay for the duration of this conflict on the grounds of humanitarian and maritime safety.

Honourable Minister,

The Pelasgian Empire, having observed recent developments in the Kingdom of @Ebria as well as the speed with which @Radilo has decided to invade its supposed ally on dubious pretexts and without any invitation, considers that it cannot stand by any longer while the Meridian devolves into conflict and communists of all stripes, along with godless liberals, circle around it like vultures over a cadaver.

This being our region, we have heretofore claimed exclusive privilege to deal with its affairs. Nonetheless, given the limitations of our own power, Pelasgia would be willing to cooperate with Tarusa to ensure that the Ebrian Third Army and the legitimate Alfonsist claim to the Ebrian Throne win out over the usurpers and the rebels. If need be, Pelasgia is thus willing to fight alongside Tarusa and to aid its forces, both naval and otherwise, in the region.

Pelasgia has already mobilised its military and sent PFSC troops to aid the Third Army. Let us fight this war together, as Orthodox, monarchist brethren.

The Commonwealth has observed the developments in the nation of Ebria with increasing concern, but notes with some ease that, thusfar, our Tarusan neighbours have abstained from any overt messages of support for either of the factions in the unfolding conflict.

It is our understanding that the brash and unwise declaration of intervention by the Radilan government may cause a feeling of necessity for an equal reaction from Kremlyov. We wish to make it known that we are amenable to working to exert pressure to limit foreign interventions with the aim of a Radilan withdrawal and to contain the conflict to the land and peoples of Ebria.

Likewise, should Tarusa feel the need to intervene in this conflict, the Commonwealth of Socialist Council Republics will be unable to remain a neutral party in the conflicts of Gallo-Germania much longer. We wish to warn our neighbours that, the moment Tarusan soldiers cross the border from Csengia into Ebria, the Commonwealth will have to react to such an escalation.

It is our fervent wish to enable calmer and wiser minds than those who would council such a course of action to prevail.

Honourable Sir,

In light of the growing ties and cooperation between our proud empires, and of the increasing geopolitical alignment of our interests throughout Europe, the Pelasgian Empire would like to formally submit a request to join the Pressburg Pact. Such an alliance could provide us both with the military, diplomatic and economic means to adequately defend our Monarchic and Orthodox Christian way of life against encroachment by godless liberals and verminous socialists.

The Pelasgian Empire, with its significant military forces and deposits of natural resources, as well as its advantageous geographic position, is ideally placed to offer significant aid to its fellow members in the Pact.

Many in the world believe the Pressburg Pact is an alliance of the autocracies of the world, this has been one of the largest falsehoods. The Pact is welcoming to all those that seek membership, the only requirement that belongs is that all members must be agree to the ascension of another member. This is an alliance that seeks to safeguard the interests of all its members and cooperate in areas where we agree, and attempt to reach an understanding in areas where we may not agree. We hope the Pelasgian Empire has noted the strong response that the Empire will always stand next to those who have joined it hand in hand, even when disagreements arise, we will find a way. By ascension into the Pressburg Pact, the Pelasgian Empire is not just gaining a brotherhood of monarchs, it is gaining a strength in military arms, political power, and economic advancement as tariffs between parties begin to be reduced to zero as all pact members have a zero tariffs policy with each other.

As such, with calls between the two Emperors and the Queen, we welcome to the Pressburg Pact the Pelasgian Empire.

The Commonwealth has observed the developments in the nation of Ebria with increasing concern, but notes with some ease that, thusfar, our Tarusan neighbours have abstained from any overt messages of support for either of the factions in the unfolding conflict.

It is our understanding that the brash and unwise declaration of intervention by the Radilan government may cause a feeling of necessity for an equal reaction from Kremlyov. We wish to make it known that we are amenable to working to exert pressure to limit foreign interventions with the aim of a Radilan withdrawal and to contain the conflict to the land and peoples of Ebria.

Likewise, should Tarusa feel the need to intervene in this conflict, the Commonwealth of Socialist Council Republics will be unable to remain a neutral party in the conflicts of Gallo-Germania much longer. We wish to warn our neighbours that, the moment Tarusan soldiers cross the border from Csengia into Ebria, the Commonwealth will have to react to such an escalation.

It is our fervent wish to enable calmer and wiser minds than those who would council such a course of action to prevail.

The Empire itself has no stake in this conflict than beyond making it known that it recognizes King Alfonso as the legitimate Head of State. Intervention by our nation to intervention by the Radilans would not even be an equal reaction, we will let them bleed dry across the Meridian Sea and eventually the calls from their populace will ask why they are fighting in a foreign land when their own is under a ravaging assault.

The Commonwealths overt support of the Republican side of the conflict, and reports of military activity increasing along the Kingdom of Pojazernas border, leads us to believe that it is not a matter of if, but when the Commonwealth decides it must come to the aid of the Republicans by attempting to go thru the Dual Kingdoms of Csengia and Pojazerna. We highly advise that the military assets of the CommonWealth prepare to stand themselves down as no actions have yet been taken to reciprocate by either my government of Queen Elizabeths of the Dual Kingdoms. As such, we are fully prepared to match force with force, and Imperial military assets of the Southern Military District and of the Gallo-Germanian European District from WestMark will be utilized to show the seriousness with which our government will respond to any threat against the Pressburg Pact.

The Commonwealth of Socialist Council Republics harbors no intention of escalating this regional conflict even further and its actions have been consistent with this declaration. The Empire of Tarusa will note that, as of now, there are no Commonwealth forces in Ebria, there is no military support for the Republican forces of Ebria coming forth from the Commonwealth and as such, its vocal support for the Republic mirrors Tarusan vocal support for the claim of Mr. Alfonso to kingship.

We have been outspoken against Radilan intervention from the beginning, before anyone else has even voiced their opposition to it, despite the fact that Radilan support benefits the faction in this civil war we have recognized as legitimate government of Ebria. Tarusan authorities should note the Commonwealths silence in regards to its recent expansion of the Pressburg Pact and the immediate invasion of Radilan Aresura by forces of the Pelasgian Empire that followed it. We deem Radilan escalation sufficiently answered for by this and Kremlyov should not assume that the Radilan actions still constitute grounds for further reciprocal escalation in support of the Alfonsists.

Our stance thus remains the same. Actions from the Pressburg Pact against the Ebrian Republic will be met in kind by the Commonwealth and its forces. Open invasion of Ebrian territory from the nation of Csengia would thus have to be answered with open invasion of Csengia by the Commonwealth. We would advise the Tarusans and their allies not to test our resolve on this issue and instead help us to limit escalation of the war in the Meridian. The Commonwealth is a nation at peace and would prefer to remain as such.

Following the blatant hypocrisy of the Federation of Westernesse, it imposes a no fly zone in the Ostveg-Jydsken affairs while dictating it will not recognize the efforts of the Empire to contain the Ebrian civil war via a naval blockade, the Empire of Tarusa hereby declares it will not recognize the No Fly Zone and the essential naval blockade between the two factions of Ostveg-Jydsken, and hereby declares its unweathering support for Queen Maria of Ostveg to use whatever force necessary and the willingness of the Empire to arm her forces to retake the island under the military junta occupation, it is not the place of the Federation that can dictate the fate of your nation as if the only rules that apply to this world are those which it makes itself.

It is clear the intentions of the Federation is to attempt and act as the police force of Gallo-Germania, and its actions only to encourage bloodshed so long as i stands in contrast with the Empire. Emperor Konstantin has been a man whom has made his moves to be of a peaceful nature and every action of his has been to that of continuing the peace established in Wien. The Federation, and its allies, have decidedly attempted at every turn to snub the Emperor and the Empire, and now it will be the Ebrians that will pay in their blood as the Federation decides it seeks to continue enforcing a means of armament of the Republic of Ebria by force if necessary.

All ships attempting to make port in Ebria and Nuoria will stop and allow themselves to be searched, and failure to comply with the orders will result in measures taken to prevent its arrival. Aircraft are completely prohibited from entry into the airspaces, they as well will be considered hostile as its an active warzone and shall be engaged if they attempt to break the quarantine. It is quite simple, those who wish to not comply are those whom wish to bring further death and destruction to the Ebrian people and further escalation of the conflict instead of demanding the withdrawal of foreign forces fighting in the country.

The Empire of Tarusa will take the gloves off if it must and fight this conflict that is being pushed by the Federation and its allies at every turn, it is not what the Emperors actions since taking power have shown is a desire for conflict but turning a page in Gallo-Germania, but if he must, he will not hesitate to fight this war.
