To: Luka Volkov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tarusa
Subject: Transport to Piramida

Секрет

Your excellency,

It is a sad environment and moment where we have to speak to each other, with the brotherly nation to our north, Tarusa is going through one of its most devastating episodes in its recent history. We understand that the Tarusan government based in Kispest is probably extremely disappointed by the Masterplan of Tarusan Policy designed by his excellency, Hetman Ruslan Ivanchuk, which stated the importance of Polesian neutrality in the war between Ivan and Konstantin and thus between Kremlyov and Kispest.

Even so, it must be understood that we must care first and foremost of the interest of the Polesian people and we must ensure that we are not pulled into a devastating war. Even so, we will be friendly enough to all camps and continue trading, to ensure that the Tarusan people won't see their quality of life get destroyed in the fight or see Tarusa fall to hunger.

Even if the Polesian State might proclaim its neutrality, there are certain members within our high society that are very close to Konstantin and thus your cause. That can be seen by the fact that the government stated that it will not enforce the law which criminalises the fight under a foreign banner by Polesian citizens, thus opening the gate for pro-Konstantinist volunteers to join you. One of them is Borys Kutsenko, a name which you might remember when you were the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the later Tsar, for pan Kutsenko has been very active in the Polesian-Tarusan import and export businesses, building a huge wealth through construction programs for the pipelines between Tarusa and Polesia and the trade of foodstuffs and other goods between our nations.

Today, pan Kutsenko has shown his Tarusophilia by organising volunteers groups to fight for Konstantin, thus showing his views of the Kispest government as a real successor of the views and ideology and politics of the late Tsar, unlike the aggressive Ivan and his Kremlyov camarilla. He has created a PMC, a Private Military Company, Polisʹki Strilʹtsi (Polesian Riflemen) and he wishes them to join you in Piramida to aid in the assault of Kremlyov.

As an offer of ours for him, we thus contact you for the pro-Konstantinist navy to allow a convoy of three ships which will be bringing cereals and foodstuff to Piramida, to reach you safely, for they will be bringing the Polisʹki Strilʹtsi PMC too. Of course, the secrecy of this deal and the move of the troops must be kept as a top secret.

Signed and sealed,

Ostap Petrovych Sidorenko
Minister of Foreign Affairs
