Elements of the Nievish Revolutionary Army and Thaumantic Seals, previously known as EF White Seals, will remain in-country @Ebria in the city known as Valls. Our indifference to the heiring results of this nation is well marked with lines of communication well set with the sacral-servants of the Ebrian folk known as Maria and Alfonso.

Should this conflict continue to set and boil on there must be an egress point for non-combatants to escape. Thusly, we ask the Third Army who we have camped with in solidarity for peaceful strike to permission these veins for foreign ones. Next, we appeal the other side to recognize this earnest call for egress. We do not know well the opposition there in the 1st or 2nd Army, nor the governing powers north of where Thaumantic Troopers reside.

White Helms do exist for this reason of shepherding the meek and disempowered, and we ask both sides of this conflict to give over an air station in Valls to a neutral party such as we - the Thaumantic Communal Order - emboldened with White Helms. The airpaids of Lexkirk and Caitekurke are marked and well open to host any and all wishing to exit this row. We call also upon our friends in the East in the @Socialist Commonwealth to open a pad for those non-Westerners who belong or want eastern sanctuary.

This telegram comes in the name of the one true king and most catholic servant of God in Ebria, his majesty king Alfonso VII of Ebria. Considering the recent events with the Easter offensive and the way the war to liberate our land and people from the hands of anarcho-communist and satanist elements, we cannot but understand that where a battle is lost, it is important to regroup to fight another day, so that maybe, the blessing of God shines upon your forces and the devilish enemy can be once and for all defeated. Sadly, it has been shown to us that in this current situation, our Holy Crusade against the enemies of the Crown, the Nation and the Faith is at this moment, in a disadvantage.

The 8th and 7th Divisions are in our eyes at the moment existing just on the paper after a disastrous counter-offensive, our supplies run low or are even non-existing at this moment, and even if the 9th would manage to force itself upon Valls to liberate it, once and for all, we at least understand that there is no chance to keep it. For this, we, in the name of his majesty, would like to request asylum to Vesper or Caitekurke, so as to remain away from the hands of post-delegationists, anarchists, satanists, communists, or any other opportunist that wishes to see a proud nation like Ebria forever disappear. From there we would be ready to continue and fight another day.

We would also like to request that because of the current atmosphere within the general staff of the Catholic and Royal Army, this telegram and its responses must not be furthered to General Aníbal Durán, which in our eyes, as much as he is a faithful follower of Christ and a vector of our fight, has taken upon himself to be as a captain, going down with his ship, and will not listen to reason.

The Federal Republic of Ebria salutes its archipelagic neighours to the north and hopes that in these current hard times, there is a chance even if it is slim, for rapprochement and a return to the good relations Valls and Caitekurke used to enjoy before the crises, before the war, before the Valls Pact. In these time, the National Republican Army as it is now, is fighting a winning war against the Alfonsist rebels, and a point has been reached, where we have to understand that the war can be finally finished once and for all so that the suffering of the people and the destruction of the nation can end.

For this, we contact you with a proposal and a favour. We have been in contact with a series of Alfonsist officers and they are willing to end the war and force the rebels to bring down their guns, with the condition of being provided safe passage to a nation of their choosing and it is their opinion that Vesper and Cantignia would be the perfect place to escape from Gallo-Germania and disappear.

It is a peculiar request, but we do understand that the rebels are currently like predators wounded and cornered and if they aren't given a chance to still believe that salvation is possible they will fight to the death. Infante Alfonso already tried to escape, which all but made Aníbal Durán even more paranoid that his army is collapsing beneath his gaze. We hope that the Thaumantican Order will aid us in offering this refuge and keeping the secrecy of this funnelling of pro-peace Alfonsists so they can escape both the law of the republic and the rage of their rebel general.

Cantignia and its Grand Covenant of indigenous, immigrant-others, and Thaumantican Communes are open and ready to receive those who are finished with fighting and wish to reflect on life without weapons in a land where people nor places know particularly their deeds. With new names and communal roles they will be comported with new Neighbors, that much all should resonate with our mark, and that their former lives of malignment must be made forgotten in the Republic.

Vesper is an easy city to visit and take leave from, this has been well proven, but where these officers and their families might rest down-Cannie involve a generational communal insulation and layering where their voices and faces will not ever be seen again up-Ebria. Our Neighbors will not suffer clandestine vengeance operations for what, we assume, are specifics of battles unknown to the communes which you claim now they can rest.

If this surviving Republican Regime is prepared to permit egress to this rebel party, which we do not know well from Adam or Eva, then we will do all which it takes to well integrate and pacify them into a commune. It matters to us though that their protection is genuine and will not be unsealed and pursued as a stunt for re-election purposes or rubied by one of the rivals of the prevailing Republican regime which we parlay with today.

They will be isolated here, their pasts denied, though we believe their pasts and pursuits must likewise be burned for this collective agreement to be honored.

We hereby accept your conditions and do promise that there will be no actions taken against General Segismundo Miaja Menant, our main connection with the Alfonsist camp, and we will attach to this telegram the list of officers and their families which will support him in taking down Anibal Duran and thus end the war in exchange for this liberty and refuge to Cantignia. In total, they represent about 200-250 people. May this be the beginning of the rapprochement between Ebria and Thaumantica.
