To the attention of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Empire of Carinthia-Harkany.
Honourable Sir,
I am writing to you at the pleasure of His Imperial Majesty, the Sovereign of Southern Tibur, to extend greetings and warm wishes to His Imperial Majesty, the Kaiser of Carinthia and Harkany. It is with great honour and pleasure that I have been directed to request that a meeting take place between leaders or representatives of our respective governments to ensure closer cooperation between our Realms on a number of issues and in a plethora of fields.
More specifically, Propontis would be interested in discussing closer cooperation with regard to defence and military matters, since both of our tradition and faith-loving Monarchies are engulfed on all sides by the terrifying regimes of socialist rapine and hostility. Additionally, since both of our Empires have gone a long way in modernising their economies to stand the test of time, closer economic partnerships could enable us to progress economically to conserve our societies and polities more effectively.
This offer for a meeting is extended most earnestly, along with a willingness to host the meeting if it would prove more convenient. With that in mind, I wish that you, your Sovereign and your country are cared for by the Lord, and eagerly await your reply.
